  1. If he can turn that around he can take over from Holden!
  2. If the chart the BBC has presented on confirmed cases is correct, if no action is taken, we could be up at April levels in 5/6 weeks time. Crowds at matches from October doesn't really sit with that.
  3. I think they still exist, just about. They we're expelled. If the season finishes early, they'll still be expelled. I hope they find a way back though.
  4. I lived in an estate built in the 70s at the bottom of Courtney road. People moved there from all over, so no allegiance to one team. Lots of houses went up in the 80s/90s in Warmley and Longwell Green where once again, people from all over moved there. The main Rovers areas were the older estates (New Cheltenham/Banjo). It's pretty slim pickings for them outside of that and getting worse. Their future support looks dire.
  5. In the eastern end of Kingswood/Warmley, there's City everywhere, and growing all the time. Having grown up around there I'd say neighbours, school/work friends was always split right down the middle. The Bristol end of Kingswood might be a bit more blue. In the road I live now, about a dozen houses are City (half attend matches), 2 are Rovers and don't want to know. A clear indicator is at my son's school, full city shirts, not too many Rovers. BS15 is definitely not blue, far from it.
  6. Plus another one stood behind the city bench (and bench it was) in the home terrace opposite?
  7. We didn't just knock down our unwanted buildings, we used to blow them up! Lloyds need a new building, so this lot had to go - while we queued up for Walsall tickets!
  8. Yes, my first away game. I was sat in the main stand looking down on you lot thinking, is it like this at all away games? I remember Terry Cooper on the tannoy threatening to "concede the game to Reading" if it didn't stop. Then the concrete started flying again!
  9. Good to see the Freshly Baked drawing attention to the Half Baked
  10. What's happened to these 2 clubs in 2 years. How can we keep getting it so wrong all the time?
  11. Give over, if it was Real Madrid away I'd agree. To chuck away a 3 nil lead is diabolical. How many goals do we need to score before it's safe? Not good enough by a long way.
  12. Okay 1-1, now the real test in the second half. Can we avoid being undone tactically again?
  13. Come on LJ. Team needs a bit of a kick up the ass. 1 point from last two games, should have been 6.
  14. True, but I don't recall many games where a home side has only had 20 something % possession against another team in the same division.
  15. Earlier in the programme I heard him say "I have no expectations, I don't know what I'm doing". You've picked the right team mate
