At least we get a week’s rest before we play Sheffield Wednesday after QPR at the end of the month.
If we get to the Wednesday game and we still don’t have a league win this year, it’ll be pretty toxic.

Watching this live, Ian has lost it and thrown his toys out the cot twice so far, worth a watch.
Has he realised he can’t block people in real-life?

So far not, the January business seems to have been sensible.
Tins was talking about summer transfer business on RB last night, when 3 months ago the squad apparently was fine. This season is already written off, I’m sure ST holders are delighted.

So we’ve scrapped the Top 6 finish now? The main reason we supposedly sacked Pearson for has been shelved?! Now they’ve realised Pearson was actually doing a decent job with the players available and Manning is struggling with an even stronger squad!
And now they’ll piss money up the wall to cover for their laughable decision.

Interesting that they’re buying for next season and essentially writing this season off.

This is where things could get tricky for the club. 17 points in 15 games when you have taken over a STABLE club is not great reading. We could be sat here a week Tuesday with 17 from 17 if we’re not careful and that IS relegation form like it or not.
Personally I’m binning off the next two league games in terms of expectation after watching us get utterly outclassed and show very little idea tonight but after that with more winnable games on the horizon Manning needs to start showing signs of SOMETHING……….
If he doesn’t and we start heading towards 18th or 19th place and a lesser points total than last season the pressure is going to intensify, again like it or not.
If we finish 19th JL and BT should go.

Waiting to go behind early in the second half before considering a change, after being dominated from minute 1 to 45+2 in the first half, was an inexcusable error of judgement. What did he think was going to change by keeping the same players and system?

Of course, we’d be 3-0 up if I hadn’t jinxed it.

“Blistering pace” according to Man City while he was at their academy, excited by this one
I should add that I know nothing about him and my bar for “excited” is pretty low given the lack of transfer activity

Bristol are a dirty team of cloggers and the fact it's been moved to a Friday night for SKY fiils me with non optimism. Hope I'm wrong!
No change there then, Swannie. No doubt the referee will turn a blind eye once again.
I watched them on TV a few days ago and commented on here that they were the dirtiest team I'd seen this season. I think it was v Wet Spam Disgraceful tactics
They really are the thickest fans in football, utter imbeciles.

That’s the most Bristol city thing I’ve ever seen

Oxford really missing LM, plummeting down the league

This comment from a Forest fan is a decent summary of where we’re at
Putting our shite performance aside I think it's only fair to credit Brizzle.
They play good possession football but with progression and awareness of movement around them. You could see a few patterns both defensively and in transition to work the ball into good areas. If they could add something in the final third there's no way they will be a mid table side for long.it was also pointed out in their forum that this was their first clean sheet since November

Thought he was really good, I was concerned he’d be all matey with the players which you often see from a PL ref taking charge of a PL team vs an EFL side, but he took none of their nonsense

Not a bad game for a 0-0, thought we played really well but didn’t take our chances

Taking my wife to New York for her 40th in 2026 and hoping to get to a game, shall I gamble on England defying the odds and book over the date of the final?
