just noticed one thing different today, before if i was in the City site on World, i could click on the tables button and click on any other team in the championship and watch their highlights and match interviews on my city world membership.

today that does not happen, i get the subscribtion box appear on other clubs sites.

thats a shame, as other clubs aftermatch interviews were quite interesting, and rarely on the same opinion as ours

One thing i have noticed is that you can't click and drag the slider to rewind or go forward. Wanted to analyse some build up play from a goal again and had to watch the entire highlights again to get to it.

I can without any problems.

sorry, what was that? YES I DO !!! interviews are difficult to hear especially if the player has a quiet voice.

yes I must admit even on maximum volume I find myself leaning into my laptop to try and hear what is being said.

Yeah, if you use headphones you will hear a massive difference. Like I said before the Audio is good, hooked it up to Audio Receiver and was surprised it showed up as a Dolby Digital input, better than allot of TV stations.

How do I download the videos to my desktop?

Used to be able to do this with World

I like to watch highlights/interviews and stuff on the way to work on the train. I used to save them to my desktop, convert it then stick the video on my multimedia handheld player

Yeah your right, the zoom thing is ok for me though, press down right stick. But it seems they have only made this to work with Flash Player 10 and above.... PS3 currently has Flash Player 9 (I think), I guess will have to wait for Sony to update :(

Does this new service incorporate classic matches like BC World used to?

I've been waiting since the game was played to watch the 1-nil win over the Gash with Louie Donowa scoring the last minute winner, but BC World never had it.

Can somebody please put it on Bristol City Player or the other video website that rhymes with YouBoob.com?

Don't like this new one at all ...... on World i could use the download button and play it full screen in Media player, and use the slide to watch individual sections again .

now, maybe because its widescreen format, i can;t see the whole video either got to lose a section from the top or the bottom, and it sometimes buffers which was a problem i never had on world......

i'll play around with it, in case its me missing something, otherwise its cancellation if i can't get it to improve.

My experience is similar, but slightly worse. It's like looking at highlights through a letter box. May have to tinker with settings or something.

I tried to sign up. Tells me it already has my username. Won't let me use Maestro. I've given up - too much like hard work.

If I made it so difficult for my customers to use my business I would have gone bust years ago.

You can't make up a user name other than Maestro, how on earth do you manage to run a business then?

Why can't we download the content anymore?

Why is the video quality so crap?

Why did the commentary earlier not work on Firefox?

What the hell is this awkward letter box thing I'm squinting through? Who the hell designed this? :D

Honestly, this is a step back from World. Sort it out chaps ffs

Probably no download because to stop it being posted on youtube etc as there is no DRM, seems like some sort of compromise.

I thought the picture quality was far better than world, just a pity they don't use HD.

Worked fine for me using firefox, do you have the latest version of firefox and Flash player, Im sure I read you needed flash player ver 10 minimum, and didn't someobne else mention that once they updated Firefox it worked!

Awkward lettter box shape! you mean standard tv shape, only smaller?

well i got it to show as full screen, interviews are similar quality to the old download s on World, but game highlights are nowhere near the quality of the old world download ones.

and does seem to judder a bit, like its buffering on full screen ........

the old World with the download option was definately better for me

Yeah, got latest Firefox - the latest one that was released the other week, 3.5 I think. Flash player is up to date too. Even did a clean reinstall but alas nothing.

Crusty old Internet Explorer played it fine though! :D

Not being able t to download is no good for me as now I can't upload the highlights to my handheld media player thingy so I can watch games on the way to work. Have to watch it all on my PC which although is not the end of the world it would be nice to have the choice

No different really to purchasing a music CD and being told you are only allowed to play it on your home stereo and not in your walkman.

As Warks says the game highlights are not great quality, espes when viewed full screen. Maybe I was just expecting more in this world of hi-def technology
