Can't agree there Arn. £2m + add ons is about right. Mind you if Palace came up with a 3m offer then City would be laughing all the way to the bank.

That said O'Driscoll has said today that the club don't have to sell (despite a whopping annual debt ) so its down to Albert. Does he want to go or stay at City?

What about "if" he went to Palace he was loaned back to us until the end of the season?

They still got Zaha aint they?

Agree with that,he is worth more. At least a few Palace fans speak sense on their forum. One of them said that we have some very good players ie Baldock,Davies and Albert, which is true and another highlighted the fact that Albert would perform a lot better in a side with a decent supporting midfield which is also true. He is worth more than many City fans think he is.

Many City fans have their heads so far up their fundaments that they make Oozlum Birds look sensible.

You've got City on your hated clubs list? I can see that they piss us all off sometimes but all the same.....

Well, if Crystal Palace come calling for your players, you just have to let them go and follow their dream.

It would be stupid of any club to stop their players rise to the very top of the game, I feel honoured that they would choose one of ours to play for them.

Goodbye Albert, I feel blessed a representative from Crystal Palace would even show his face at our miniscule club, I'm sure the Palace fans wont have heard of our club, or even know where Bristol is, do us proud son and send us a postcard from way up there. :sad26:

I hope O'Driscoll convinces Albert to stay - if he decides otherwise then 3 to 4 million with sell-on clauses minimum.

It's up to Adomah - a team that is seriously building for a long bright future - or another Holloway team where his impact will diminish and he eventually bales for pastures new?

As for Palace fans slagging off City fans - the same can be said of some City posters...

Less arrogance and more context please.

Palarse fans are living in cloud Cuckoo land if they think they have a chance of securing Alberts services. He is far too good to stay in the Championship with them next season and beyond. Premiership clubs will come knocking based on his performances in SA and we will end up getting nearer 4 million for him which will be well out of reach for Hollowhead's mob anyway. CP have been in freefall ever since DF left them and have actually picked up less points over the last 11 league games than us. That's relegation form not promotion. They will be lucky to finish in the playoffs. Albert deserves far better than that and will say no to any approach from his mates team.

Croydon mainly - which is worse! If you've been there you can only pity them.

They're still bitter about a goal that was disallowed for a perfectly obvious foul despite the fact that in the same game we had a goal disallowed for offside which conclusively was not. Whiny little babies.

Albert will either sign a new deal in the summer or move somewhere significantly better than Palace. In his position right now, even if the club had an acceptable offer, why would he take the move? He will have more options for more money in July including staying if we're still in the Championship.

I hope he aims higher then Palace. Crap club with zero potential. Crap stadium. Horrible place.

His performances in the African nations will hopefully attract at least a lower Prem club.

Someone like a Norwich or even an Aston Villa would be idea

Palace and their lumpen ilk have been transformed, from the elementary sub-amoeba found in the sediments of the primordial stew, to puddle-dwelling lungfish-type creatures as yet unknown to science. They are but sticky, peanut-studded turds squished between the feculent bum cheeks of Bromley and the arsehole of London (AKA Croydon), dangling precariously from frazzled arse hair, awaiting their eventual dispatch into their natural habitat, Satan's eternal lavatory. They are the gnarled calluses on the arthritic wanking hand of the Devil's idiot half-brother. They give the sputum-chomping subterranean rat people of the Dark Ages a bad name and, whatever the score, they will always occupy the slippery rung at the bottom of the evolutionary ladder. Yes, they've certainly gone up in the world.

I wont take complete credit for this but felt it was appropriate.
