KeepUpLino
Contructive critism to benefit business on the whole often gets viewed as a personal attack.... Woman can be very hard to work with!!
sglosbcfc
I've worked with lots of women who say they much prefer to work with men. They claim women are too bitchy, snide etc. That is their words and not mine.
WTFiGO!?!
I'm doing a vocational course at the moment, there are two groups. Our female tutor prefers teaching our group because of the better atmosphere - her words. The other group is birds only.
22A
No need for discrimination, just the right person for that job. If City sign a black. Muslim lesbian or white heterosexual male who'll hit 30+ goals a season, I won't complain.

BigTone
I used to work as Sales Director for a very well respected company in Nuneaton who boasted of being an "Equal Opportunities" employer.. We wanted to take on a new Software Engineer and interviewed several possibilities. When it came to the cruch and a decision was to be made I put a name forward who was by a country mile the best person for the job. Our Managing Director (who incidently was trying to enter Politics in his hometown of Andover) said "You must be joking". I replied, "Why, he is exactly what we need". His reply, "He's ******g black".I resigned the next day.Like the OP, I take people as I find them.
