I think Portlands point Bucksred is that she was a traitor and should not have imported coal as a back up plan in case of the expected national shut down and enforced frequent power cuts that would have resulted; we should, i think he means, have hunkered down, bought loads of woolies white candles and prepared for the defeat of the capitalist pigs and the victory of the socialist workers.
