Welcome To The Jungle
We've been rubbish. We missed wade no end. Long ball against preston was just lunacy. A big 6 days before Peterbrough which is a must win game. COYR

Robin1988
Rubbish is very harsh. Were they better than us over the 90? No. Just remember where we've come from.

Londoner
Thought preston were comfortable throughout. The moment we conceeded they were gena stick 11 men behind the ball. Didn't deserve to win today.
ChippenhamRed
Of all the rubbish cliches in football, "must win" is surely one of the most overused. And here is a classic example. 28 games to go. Get a grip.
Robin1988
For the poor wording, he's got a point. A draw on Friday wouldn't be bad, although Peterborough are in terrible form. A third defeat on the bounce would be pretty bad even at this stage.

Welcome To The Jungle
Wrote it quickly which is never a good idea. What I meant by must win was a loss means all the hard work from the first 16 games would be undone.
GodEmperor Palpatine
Thought we were very poor against Walsall.
old_eastender
IF, and it's a big IF, Wilbs sticks that early chance away (as he should of) and we would have gone on to win, I reckon... no need to panic yet.
Roe
Wrote it quickly which is never a good idea. What I meant by must win was a loss means all the hard work from the first 16 games would be undone. No it doesn't. Even if we were to lose again we'd still probably be top 3 or 4 at worst which after losing 3 in a row would be a testament to how well we started with those first 16. There's a long way to go. We all know that.
Roger Red Hat
We lost today because we didn't take 4 very good chances. Can't fault anybody's work rate but we need another striker.
Stortz
Rubbish is very harsh. Were they better than us over the 90? No. Just remember where we've come from. Yes they were, clearly. Once they scored they sat back and we had nothing like the guile to break them down
MichaelRobartes
I thought we played ok today. We lost because we missed a load of chances but were by far the better side.
ChippenhamRed
I can't accept we were rubbish today. We created enough chances to win the game. Preston also deserve credit for a very solid away performance.
Antman
frustrating. Pack is not Elliott, Bryan needs a rest and let Cunningham have a chance, Agard needs benching (but we don't have an alternative) Smith worked his nuts off, but they had us sussed and strangely Cotterill didn't respond tactically. Little needs benching and let the new lad play - actually today Little was for me the worst of a poor performance. Both wing backs failed time and again to pick up on the overlapping runners and that just pulled the centre 3 all over the place. we need a loanee, i think - possibly a strong central MF. (and a striker) we had 4 good chances, didnt take them, paid the price.
BS4 on Tour...
Peterborough - 'must win'??!! Wahey! That must be a joke! We are top of the league averaging two points a game, we've lost just two games in eight months. We are already safe from relegation. 'Must win' games in November don't exist! I still think we'll win this league or division or whatever the correct title for it is!
22A
Haha Peterborough is certainly not must win It's not just us City fans bemoaning a home defeat. My son is a PUFC st holder. He came in tonight and declared "Posh are not a top 10 team. Something's wrong if City don't come up here Friday and win by at least four". Major Isewater
Yes they were, clearly. RedM
A draw would have been fair, I don't think we did enough to win the game against a very organised Preston. I didn't agree with all their tactics, typical Grayson side, and of course or the second week in a row the officials seemed to be largely against us. Two teams who are going to be there or there abouts in May. We haven't become a bad team overnight, but maybe have realised a few areas that need strengthening. CiderCraig
If we don't win are we down? mathematically we can stay up if we win at least one of our remaining 28 games. Squeaky bum time..
Super
I certainly didn't come away thinking we had played rubbish. Should of been 3 up in 15 mins. Agard somehow missed a sitter straight after half time and flint had 3 great chances with headers. They mugged us.
Swede
They did a job on us end of. Better finishing would have seen us out of sight. They are a strong physical, experienced side but extremely slow. They came for a point and got all three. Wilbs chance goes in and it would have been a different outcome. We were by far the more dynamic side. I was really disappointed with the constant time wasting and lack of control by the officials but maybe that's a back handed compliment from the opposition knowing we're the better team. Saying that we're rubbish and next week is a must win is rediculous in the extreme and you should sit down in a dark room and take your medication. Slack Bladder
We have only lost twice this season, but unfortunately both those games were to our nearest rivals. Peterborough is not must win, but I would like beat some of the top teams.
dandare 1966
Some of the players not on there game today pack Williams to name 2. But we were all over them second half take our chances we win if we had scored 1 today sure we would have scored more Give jet a least a whole half and don't take freeman off
Red-Robbo
Williams was easily City's weakest player today. An excruciatingly poor all round performance from him. Spot on. I think he must've found three yellow shirts for every pass he made to a red one. Was hopelessly out of position and lost the ball to allow two men to break and set up their goal, and had terrible ball control throughout. He's been the weakest link for a while now. I wonder if he needs a rest?
