cityexile
Well, hard fought point in the end. Sounded like we were going to be frustrated and lose, so take it, move on. Quote Link to comment
ChippenhamRed
Could have been worse against an in form team, but can't help thinking it renews Preston's interest in the title again. Quote Link to comment
Super
Decent result. Well done lads. Quote Link to comment
BCFC Jordan
Take that, phew. It's frustrating, but can never complain about a draw after coming from behind. JET needs to feature more. Lacked urgency until the final 15. Edited March 28, 2015 by BCFC Jordan Quote Link to comment
Super
Sorry 2-2 at home isn't a good result for me at all All about picking up something when you don't play well. 2 Quote Link to comment
Cotham Brow Red
Bit frustrating but will take that being 2-1 down with 10 to go. Lee got them really tight which shows he is a real managerial talent and good for him. However it's a point so still in the boss position. Difficult game that bring on the next one. Was always going to be a little after the lord mayors show today. Quote Link to comment
freezer
Crewe have scored the winner.... lovely jubbly... heheheeeeee Are you a Crewe fan as well as City? Quote Link to comment

Wanderingred
Sorry 2-2 at home isn't a good result for me at all I agree, not a particularly good result and I certainly wouldnt have taken it before kickoff but we'll have to live with it. If we want the title, I think avoiding defeat at Deepdale is a must. Quote Link to comment
City_USA
Another point in the bag. No guarantee Preston will win tomorrow Quote Link to comment

havanatopia
Satisfactory result.. about the best way to sum up that match. Quote Link to comment
Wanderingred
PNE have some tricky looking games coming up. Of course and so do we. As I said, a point at deepdale and I reckon its realisticaly all over bar the shouting! Quote Link to comment
Garland-sweden
1-2 then 2-2 ok. We are hard to beat. Always believe. Coyr Quote Link to comment

cityexile
Way the game has gone, we have dug out a point. We sounded very flat for long periods. Now cannot finish worse than 4th. Quote Link to comment
And Its Smith
We're not equalising. We've been here before against Preston and Sheffield Utd. Someone should have faith. 1 Quote Link to comment
Red Army 79
That's bye bye pre season favourites Sheffield Utd!! Lowest we can finish now is forth!! Quote Link to comment
Squire Dastardly
Only 3 teams Preston, Swindon & MK can catch us now even if they win all their games. And they can't all do it 'cos they play each other as well as us! Edited March 28, 2015 by Squire Dastardly 1 Quote Link to comment
1960maaan
and my point is and has been, there is only a point in signing players if the right ones are available, players who will enhance our squad, not just signing players to make up numbers (we've been there and done that) and I suspect they weren't. Totally understand your point and yet I still say this last few months may have been easier if we had another loan in. Just to add options and take some of the strain , even the short spell we had Matt Smith and (a nearly fit ) Wilbs meant we could rotate. I know there is no magic wand , and that they wouldn't want to pay for someone to sit on the bench but I bet there aren't many teams with only 2 out and out strikers. I guess you are probably right about availability but as a fan I don't need to worry myself about details, my job is to shout and tell them where they are going wrong Quote Link to comment

AshtonGreat
Preston have to win both their games in hand AND beat us, and they'll still be two points behind. Still in our favour 3 Quote Link to comment
BCFC Jordan
Someone should have faith. Blimey, it's not as if I didn't want us to score! The game had a very similar feel to those fixtures - I'm sure you knew all along that we were going to score. 1 Quote Link to comment
22A
Well, hard fought point in the end. Sounded like we were going to be frustrated and lose, so take it, move on. Yep! City had to fight and come from behind to rescue a point at home and they did! Well done City. Looking at other results, fourth is now the lowest City can finish this season. As so often over the years the Easter fixtures will settle many issues. In League 2, for some reason I don't mind Hartlepool climbing out of the bottom two, but I'm upset to see Cheltenham replace them. Tranmere, Carlisle & York; any of those two going out I'll be happy with. Quote Link to comment
Murraysrightplum
Always going to be a hangover after the JPT. Fingers crossed we can hold on for the end of the season. Still confident we will do it Quote Link to comment
1960maaan
PNE have some tricky looking games coming up. Thing is WE all do , ignoring us as my nerves make me look for pit falls. Swindon have us , Preston and Rochdale away, and MK and P'boro home Preston have trips to Bradford and colchester and home games against Rochdale us and Swindon. The other games are liiable to throw up some shocks, hopefully for them not us , I'll will enjoy ticking of the points as we rack them up (hopefully). Listening today 1-0 and comfortable, I hope they didn't settle into Wembley mode where it never looked in doubt. I don't think Cott's will allow this but I also think it's the only way we could stuff it up. Quote Link to comment
TNBT
Well done to lads for fighting til the end. Quote Link to comment
