I'm guessing a few players maybe carrying knocks so putting them on bench.

Hasnt kodjia been struggling last few games. 3 games in a week maybe too much for wilbs. Dissapointed no wes on bench, pace be good late on against Derby's defence.

I think it makes perfect sense to rest Kodjia and Wilbraham for the busy festive period - and more winnable games - to come.

Kodjia in particular has absolutely run himself into the ground over the last few months, with barely a moment out of the action. A fair call, I reckon.

I doubt he would change the system drastically for the game.

Personally I reckon all thats changed is weve gone with an extra player in midfield and kept the wing backs but we'll see

Agard will have a tough night - i hope it comes off for him as he's a shoe-in for tonights scapegoat if we don't get a result.

Obviously sees this game as a long shot and seemingly sacrificing it, hence the testing of Kodjia etc.

ultra defensive and Agard on top by himself will ultimately be chasing down the ball when their CBs have it.

I've not seen Moore play that much but I presume he has better pace then baker and flint I'd be very suprised if we changed from the 3 cbs and wingbacks . So wouldn't be suprised if it turns to be 5-4-1.

Yes, I'm thinking this now too. I'm as surprised as anyone, but it does make sense when you put it like this. We also don't know if Kodja is carrying any knocks or unwell for example. He's been pretty much ever present, maybe he needs nursing a bit. Well this is Agard's chance to show himself

Much would have preferred putting in Reid than a defender, better that Reid instead of Freeman. The worst player this season so far, worse than any other, especially based on last year's form.
