to be fair - a lot of people were saying the same about SC before he arrived, and he hasn't played woosh ball (so far)

If whoosh ball would produce a few points over the coming months - bring it on for a bit!

'Needs must' as they say, and a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do  -Mr Cotts.

And still is

But found time to row from London to Paris last summer, when we weren't signing players, raising funds for a Children's hospice in Stoke!

And, er, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, cycled from John o'Groats to Lands end and ran a marathon for the same charity, previously!

Also a Labour supporter, if that helps anyone balance their views of Tiny, should they wish to do so ahead of Saturday. Not a fan of "New" Labour though, from what I can gather. No word yet on his thoughts on Jeremy Corbyn.

But his football is ****, for sure.

Gerry Francis will be there Saturday, don't forget him!

Expect the ball to be whistling/sailing/flying/floating/bombing/shooting/drifting/winging/whanging/whoosing/whipping into our box on Saturday at frequent intervals.

It's windy up the Hawthorns too, isn't it?

5-0-5 formation it is then.

No need for a midfield.

Here's a question for the purists - If SC chose to employ "whoosh" ball and it meant that City stayed up, would you approve?

Beggars can't be choosers. I think we would all "approve" of staying up, as things stand, whatever it takes.

Actually, I say that about beggars, but increasingly these days, you offer the purchase of food to someone begging for money "cos I'm hungry" and they can be rather sniffy or downright rude. Or vanished, when you return with sustenance. So I'm not so sure about beggars not choosing, but I'll take survival anywhichway all the same...

As long as SC doesn't sign utter shitehawks on 4-yr contracts then I'll take long-ball, yes.

Pulis didn't just play sh*t football, he ruined our club for a few years.

If you say "purists" and "Pulis" quickly, or to the hard-of-hearing, they sound remarkably similar...

And bangs on about how much of a "socialist" he is, yet employed a £1k an hour lawyer to get him off of a driving ban when he got caught speeding at over 100mph, saying that a chauffeur he'd have to employ would then be privvy to transfer dealings.

Proper Karl Marx, isn't he?

****.
