26,000 Hull fans highlights to me both our potential and our underachievement in terms of fanbase. I refuse to believe we wouldn't sell out our allocation under the same circumstances. Just look how many showed up for the paint pot final, an incomparably smaller occasion.

We would sell out 27000 seats in the premier league no question.

Match commentator, 'whoever gets the first goal will be very important in this tie'

never understood this saying, didn't go well for crystal palace last week.

John Motson often said "the problem is that they may have scored too soon" ........................ is scoring a goal no longer the object of the game ?

It should , by far the better chances gone to hull. Hopefully, a sign Wednesday may nick it. Personally would like to see different teams get promoted

I agree about seeing different teams being promoted.

The downside of this of course, is that we end up with even more teams in the Championship with parachute payments.

But the counter argument could be the longer their out , the weaker they become? Bolton, Charlton, Leeds as an example
