SedRA
Shame about the result today but was really impressed with Magnusson, gonna be a classy player at this level I think. Some great positioning and ability to nip in front of attackers trying to hold the ball up. Plays some lovely passes as well. Looking forward to his and Flint's partnership this season. pikeysrobins
Agree. Apart from 1 or 2 stray passes he was second behind ONeil in terms of man of the match!!

Agreed. Though I'd give O'Neil the top 2 or 3 spots for MoM. He was that good.
formerly known as ivan
Think he looks good but reality is 4 league games in and no clean sheet with some shocking goals being conceded. Hopefully the more he and Flint build an understanding the more solid we will become.
Bowie
Great signing, but I'd suggest weak links elsewhere at the back

Very good point - these are the sort of games we were routinely shipping four goals in last season, even after Johnson arrived.

RaspberryRed
His partnership with Flint is staggering as they've played so little football together. Looks like they've played together for ages and decent central defensive partnerships don't usually happen overnight but they've seriously clicked. Both carry a real attacking threat from corners and free kicks too. A massive plus so early in the campaign

He looks like he can read the game and regularly puts the ball into a good space for an attacker to run onto. For me his passing will be a real plus. He misplaced a few passes but no more than anyone else (apart from maybe GON), he also played a lot of smart ones. Definitely one of his best attributes for me. Use of the ball was excellent, looks very comfortable in possession.Obviously making life easier for Flint as an outlet alongside O'Brien , meaning his lumps forward from last season have diminished dramatically. spudski
LJ's best signing imo. He's totally class. Technically brilliant. You can tell he's been playing in Italy. Getting stronger. Puts his body in the right positions. Also plays the ball to the correct side to a player when passing. It's the little things that make all the difference. Homer Simpson
Looking better each game as he gets used to this league. If he bulks up over the next 12 months as Flint has in the past 12 to 18 months we will have an awseome player on our hands.

JamesBCFC
He will far surpass Flint, that's been clear to see since the Wigan game where he had a poor first half, but was immense in the second.

He is fine when he keeps it short but his long passing wasn't good today. He over hit quite a few by a distance.

Claverham_Red
Will be worth £10m + when he eventually leaves the club to a Prem team (Southampton perhaps). Great signing. Much glad City signed him than Baker.

You do come out with some crap

RedorDead BCFC
That challenge on Dwight Gayle was fantastic, fair but looked like he scared the crap out of Gayle. Thought first half against Wigan he looked dodgy but since then was really impressed with him. That long ball second half took a swerve in the wind so can't really blame him on that.
