Shame about the result today but was really impressed with Magnusson, gonna be a classy player at this level I think.

Some great positioning and ability to nip in front of attackers trying to hold the ball up. Plays some lovely passes as well.

Looking forward to his and Flint's partnership this season.

Think he looks good but reality is 4 league games in and no clean sheet with some shocking goals being conceded.

Hopefully the more he and Flint build an understanding the more solid we will become.

Only 4 goals in 4 games though. Having played newcastle and norwich... hardly a shambles at the back are we????

His partnership with Flint is staggering as they've played so little football together. Looks like they've played together for ages and decent central defensive partnerships don't usually happen overnight but they've seriously clicked. Both carry a real attacking threat from corners and free kicks too.

A massive plus so early in the campaign

No idea how you can say that. He looks like he can read the game and regularly puts the ball into a good space for an attacker to run onto. For me his passing will be a real plus.

Because it was! Some of his long passing was poor. Did defend well though.

He misplaced a few passes but no more than anyone else (apart from maybe GON), he also played a lot of smart ones. Definitely one of his best attributes for me.

Thought he defended well but his passing was terrible.

Well you deserve to be disagreed with. Use of the ball was excellent, looks very comfortable in possession.Obviously making life easier for Flint as an outlet alongside O'Brien , meaning his lumps forward from last season have diminished dramatically.

LJ's best signing imo.

He's totally class.

Technically brilliant. You can tell he's been playing in Italy.

Getting stronger. Puts his body in the right positions.

Also plays the ball to the correct side to a player when passing.

It's the little things that make all the difference.

Yep, that's what I said to my mate at the game. Reading of the game looks top notch.

He is fine when he keeps it short but his long passing wasn't good today. He over hit quite a few by a distance.

And he's got the long throw in his locker
