I have no experience in this stuff, but simply feel that something that confronts you on a regular basis will have impact - of course serial bumping should do that even better. I`m guessing my user name is probably my e-mail address or my display name but on my profile my password is starred out. I have a fair idea what it probably is given the number of characters but could do with knowing what the parameters for setting it were - did it need to have an upper case letter or a number in it? Like most people I guess I just use a variation on a base password and just capitalize the first letter or add a 1 if required.
