Londoner
Awful. Brighton haven't been special we have gifted them two goals. O Neil mistake ridden....I can forgive him for trying but Korey smith completely and utterly anonymous. GET HIM OFF. Bryan needs to me taken off for his own sake. Quote Link to comment
Northern Red
That nonsense with Knockaert's shirt is the most mawkish thing I've seen on a football pitch. 1 Quote Link to comment

We're nowhere near ready for top six! They're picking us apart! For me league position is irrelevant, team performance and individual contribution is what I want to see. Tonight, the team have been poor and there have been far too many individual performances below the standard expected. Quote Link to comment
Dan Robin
Too many negative comments, IMO. Brighton were clinical, we didn't...but despite this, we played quite well. Quote Link to comment
Luxo Jr.
Even forgetting about defence, our attack is based on us having a top young striker, who nevertheless still relies on great service. The main supplier is/should be Tomlin, who has brilliance but doesn't run the game every time. If we don't have our main goalscoring midfielders in the team or on song, then the pressure is all on Tammy and Tomlin. Quote Link to comment

Ivorguy
How far off promotion we seem this afternoon A definite rain check Two more transfer windows said Lee before we can compete for promotion. Dead right on this display Perhaps we can see three goals to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. But I seriously doubt it sadly 2 Quote Link to comment

Portland Bill
Tammy looks so isolated, when Tomlin drops deep, even more so. With this we find it almost impossible to put any sustained pressure on teams. Somehow we need to find a way of getting in behind teams, Brighton aren't going to come out now though! old_eastender
Don't see why you are picking out Little for their second, all down to GON. GON carried the ball out, dwelt on it, lost it, tracked Murphy back, then just lets him cut inside to get the shot in. It was GONs poor pass to Korey then led to Korey losing the ball for the 1st too. 3 Quote Link to comment

fishy
What a terribly disappointing first half. Little not making any runs. God knows where Patterson is supposed to be playing. First goal I'll except, but the second was poor. No fight in city tonight. We're handing it to them on a plate. Quote Link to comment

screech
Brighton are looking a very good side, they are pressing us all over the pitch and it's forcing us to play longer balls. We aren't moving off the ball enough in centre midfield, and playing incredibly narrow on the right. Quote Link to comment
JBFC II
Mark Little has been poor this season but tonight he's been as bad as I've ever seen him, nobody has been as good as average so far imo Quote Link to comment

Septic Peg
We've started well and then that goal... Patto can't mark a man. Little gives the ball away. Bryan having a shocker. Pack and Bobby on me thinks. 1 Quote Link to comment

The next 45 minutes are going to be torturous again and we may even concede a couple more but lets just try and remember how much better off we are from last year. Games like this are the exception now, then they were the norm. Quote Link to comment

redcityman
Very poor, very slow we lack ideas going forward, when we have a chance of a set piece or a chance to have a shot we look lost. Little wont go past his man, Bryan is having a mare, Tammy looks isolated, defensively we look so pedestrian it like they're wearing concrete boots! Some nice fancy passing in between but where it matters there is just nothing there, let in an early goal and i fear a landslide. Quote Link to comment

Their quality, tight setup and organisation that's forcing our hand. Just the hallmarks of a better side. We knew it before kick off. Yes we want more fight and the goals were disappointing. But when did we last concede and it wasn't disappointing? Sometimes you get beaten by a better team. 3 Quote Link to comment
