A bidder puts in an honest opening bid ...... as the deadline for bids approached it became clear that the opening bid was the only bid..... Therefore it became the Winning Bid ... Winning bidder pays fixed price, and awaits arrival of the purchased lot. If the vendor isn't happy about the final price, that is their fault and not the responsibility of the winning bidder, the reserved price was matched and didn't rise as no higher bids were made.... Bidder/Buyer becomes 'prowed' new owners of a legitimate sold as seen item. Done Deal.
