Footballers working day?

Any idea how long a footballers working day is? I'm pretty sure it's a lot longer than a couple of hours kick about. Don't they all have lunch and breakfast together? I'm guessing 9am - 3pm...

I'd guess more like 10 - 12 or 1 maybe...

Can't do too many hours of fitness training or end up knackered...

True, but isn't it more to it these days? I would imagine after the fitness and practice they would go through and analyse their opponents etc.
