Hypothetically, how bad would a referee have to be to be substituted without injury? The amount of influence he can have on a game is enormous and yes card decisions can be overturned after the game but results are never overturned or games replayed.

You just need to close all the ads. It's a bit of a fine art. Sometimes the close signs are small and move around and there is always an order. Trial and error.
