Where has 5 minutes come from???? Trying to say there was as much stoppage then there was on Tuesday with walker/Reid injuries and Man City fans pissing around with the ball.

Excellent result if we pull this off, sounds like Reid has been immense again, if Fammy and him stay fit we are really going to motor. Especially with O'Neil, Pissano and O'Dowda to return and Doiny getting up to match fitness.

Pretty sure that would massively extend games. I reckon the average 3pm kick-off would end at about ten past five. (Although clubs might not time waste if they could not gain an advantage).

Nah. What you do is admit the truth - that the ball is on average only in play for 60-65 mins. So you reduce the official time of a match to 60 minutes, then introduce stop the clock.  Extend HT to 20 mins for extra beers and everyone is happy.
