Who is currently better in our midfield? A Smith who hasn’t looked the same and could be released, or a Nagy who has not shown much at all this season? Earlier in the commentary they mentioned Lee saying he chooses people that like to play football and not just want to be footballers. I paraphrase here but I think that is almost identical to a GJ quote years ago. And then then GJ mentions ‘corridors of confusion’ which I thought was Lee’s PowerPoint prevention stuff! Normally I'd disagree on the basis of not wanting to destroy his confidence but he doesn't appear to have any anyway. And we have a more than adequate replacement.
