richwwtk
TBF it looks much less a bad miss in the replay, the keeper got a hand to it.
cidered abroad
As Frank Sinatra once said " He couldn't hit a bull in the fanny with a big bag of rice!" PS. brady bunch
yep, shows the camera can lie! first angle it looks a terrible miss, but the second angle to the side, show it is deflected at the last moment and this causes him to be be slightly ahead of it and unable to steer it into the net. Nothing even similar to RR's famous miss - who'd gone around the keeper, with the ball under control, wide open net and all it needed was to be rolled into the back of it.... I still expect him to score every time I see it..!

Taz
Needed a move from Spurs for a long while before he left. This move may have come too little too late for him. Far from being over the hill, he really has to knuckle down and kick on again though, otherwise he's going to be one of those players that nobody wants because he's on too much money and doesn't give you a return for it. Touch or no touch from the keeper, it could have put Alli off slightly. That being said, he really should have connected better with it. I actually think Everton could really struggle this year. Mad Cyril
To be fair to the lad, he done well to put it out for a goal kick. I am pretty confident Baz Savage would have conceded a throw in. Maybe a corner at the other end on a bad day.

Somewhere down the line he's just lost his passion for the game and wouldn't be surprised if he retired very young.

The Journalist
Pretty remarkable that he's still only 26, has 37 England caps... but hasn't played an international for four years. I'm struggling to think of another fall from grace like it. And, you have to say, all things considered you just hope he's OK.

pride of the west
Hes gone. 3 years or more his head aint been in it for whatever reason. You don't come back from that and reach the same heights. He's clearly struggling.
