Popular Post Fordy62
Awful news for their player battling cancer. Seems biopsy shows it was more aggressive than thought and he’s undergoing chemo. I think you’ll all join me in wishing him the best. 86 3 1

Popular Post ScottishRed
As someone who is currently fighting this odious disease my heart goes out to the lad. As said above football and rivalry means absolutely nothing in circumstances like this. 3

Red-Robbo
No football divisions on such important issues. All Reds will wish Nick all the best in his fight against this horrible condition, and we also wish strength to him, his family and friends over the ups and downs ahead.

Fordy62
Is there anyone who has Scotty’s number, or who might tweet him suggesting the above? I would… but I’m currently a little bit banned for calling a Tory a ***. Personally I wouldn’t go with signed, but maybe just a message of support. Bristol Rob
Years back, there were occasionally charity fan-games (did the Trust organise them?) - wonder if the fit and healthy could do something to support the fella, especially given that the club have been advertising the pitch for rent? Being someone who is currently going through this I have to report that my experience has been outstanding. Clearly there are lots of things that are currently going on in the NHS and they do need to be urgently resolved but, I can confirm that the staff at the RUH are magnificent, I have nothing to complain about at all. The care and compassion that they offer cancer suffers is above and beyond. There is also lots of additional- non-hospital related - support available too. Again, I send good wishes to this young lad for a full and speedy recovery.
