W-S-M Seagull
I remember after hosting the England U21s game we were very close to hosting an England men's friendly. Covid saw that scrapped. Hopefully with us hosting the ladies games that will put us back in the thoughts of the FA.

Thank god for the Park and Ride is all I can say. Getting to the ground without that would be very difficult otherwise.

How much do we get from hosting those international games? Is it just the profit on the F&B spend or do we get a percentage of the gate too? I would imagine those people along Ashton Rd must be wishing they had helped us more with the move to Ashton Vale.

It’s given an opportunity for local residents to park their cars on the streets on Friday night allowing them to let out their off-road drive on the Saturday for an extortionate price. Thankfully there are enough of these residents letting their drives out for under a tenner, but some are charging waaaayy in excess of that. 3
