Dredd
Didn't we sign a 6 year deal with Hummel? I know there's been problems with their UK distributor and maybe that's been a clause for City to get out of the deal but in my opinion it would be a massive shame. Have loved the stuff Hummel have put out and they've been really happy to work with City on design and make it something individual.

RedRock
Hope not, reads on some kits ‘One ills’ and looking at Wycombe’s third kit it looks like someone has been. Hummel decent brand and products imo. Pity if we change.
Silvio Dante
To be fair, the OPs hit rate has been excellent recently - calling the Towler deal and team changes that didn’t look obvious against both Wigan and Sunderland. He’s clearly got a source, and the Wycombe link on the commercial side ties up with Phil Alexander. I’m in the camp of the Hummel stuff being excellent so would rather this didn’t happen, but there will be a get out clause on the deal with them, the distribution makes exercising that a consideration and it’s a plausible one. Lydered
If true, could this be linked to why shorts, socks and other hummel clothing has been added to the rewards scheme for the equivalent points of roughly £10 and under, trying to clear stock? Also only certain sizes with some items, we never usually sell cheaper this early on in a season, if at all
ChippenhamRed
Would be very disappointed if we dropped Hummel. Supply issues aside, it’s been good for the club - good quality and innovative, and far better than the bland template kits of the bigger companies.
TBW
Just when my nephew and I were considering getting a shirt in the next couple of seasons, the club do their thing to ensure we don't.

Nope! Bang on. JL fuming at Hummel. Lots of failed promises, financial messes lingering as well. Was going to wait but decided to pull the plug before the globally televised Man City game. Will also be next seasons home kit, away kit will go to the third kit and be replaced. Don't think away will be popular, but harks back to the Thorn Security early 90s kit

TBW
Bit late for this decision though I feel... kit designs for the next season tend to be sent out to them before Christmas.

If this is true, reading between the lines it seems we could be switching kits immediately. This could be an operational thing. You can't buy a mens shirt from the online shop so it could be that the teams are running low on stock also and can't replace them.
Sandhurst Red
It feels like something is definitely amiss. https://www.bcfc.co.uk/partnerships/our-partners/ No sign of Hummel anywhere to be found, which would suggest a change might be imminent. ChippenhamRed
Blimey. Anyone else now worried we’re about to appear on national television in some TFG-style horror show of a kit?! If that Weymouth shirt is anything to go by… We look like a proper club in Hummel. Not a lower league outfit. Really hope this isn’t true.

CyderInACan
O’Neills were confirmed as the new supplier at the Senior Reds lunch with SL last Thursday. SL also wants to see the return of a printed program rather than just a digital version. 2 1
