I mean if he does then we'd have Sykes, Mehmeti, Scott and Weimann all competing for a single position, well, Scott could drop back into the midfield but it's still taking away positions where our players are better suited. I'd like to see a 4-3-3 with Sykes, Mehmeti and Conway. All three will run at players, all 3 will take a shot when they have a chance and all three are go-getters.

Hopefully Mehmeti will soon be coached when to release the ball. Looks such a good player but holds onto it too long quite often
