Struggle to find anything from that that doesn’t make next season really exciting. We really aren’t far off. Pearson has built something.

Subs made a difference and could have nicked a leveller late on. Burnley cruising it felt, and just bloody annoying to lose to that kind of mistake for their second.

Agree - and next season is make or break for Pearson . Will be year 3 of his project and anything other then a fight for top 6 isn’t good enough

I carried the Championship cup a little way through Greville Smyth Park. Some Burnley fans had it and they let me have a go. They said it was real but I’m not too sure as it was inflatable
