So lucky but still their deluded fans complain They're rightly furious with their board. There was a truce called in order to get behind the team for the last few weeks to get them over the line, but now they're letting them have it. Atmosphere is very different to when they survived last season. Edited May 28, 2023 by Northern Red

Yep. If you look at the Leicester squad, that should not be close to getting relegated when you compare it to Everton, Bournemouth, Forest etc. Only themselves to blame.
Mr Popodopolous
I used to have a certain respect for Everton but they seem to have become fairly obnoxious and entitled in the last few years as a fanbase and massively cheating and a club, FFP etc.

Johnny Musicworks
So will Dean Smith be out now? Leicester will need an experienced man that can work with vastly reduced resources, much tighter budgets , can rebuild a club and understands the demands of the Championship. Might be an idea to sort Nige out that new contract soon.
Open End Numb Legs
Well it didn't quite work out as I hoped this weekend. Even though I wanted Leicester to stay up it was still painful watching the Everton fans going through the tension of those last 15 mins. Not sure dancing on the pitch afterwards taking selfies as if they had won the cup was a great look, good that most stayed off.
W-S-M Seagull
Had Everton of complied with FFP then they'd have been relegated. No doubt about it. Leicester fans have every right to be annoyed by that.

I hate these salary / wage websites, but there is no way Brentford’s wage bill is anywhere near as low as £15m! Where do they get their info from. Seeing as players generally take up 65-75% of overall club wages (according to Kieran Maguire) then it’s fair to say their playing wage bill is something like £40-50m. Hindsight is wonderful but they sacked him with no plan, a manager who’d won them the FA Cup, and I’m sure he’d have managed to get them the one extra win needed to stay up

Agreed. Annual Accounts is the way then Player wages or football wages are usually 75-80 pct of wage bill if not itemised separately. Then I suppose these sites maybe seeking to extrapolate base wages and disregard bonuses, non football wages and or Tax, NI. This could be the most basic figure then extrapolated by a typical figure but even then very low.
