Mattredrobin
My mum has taken my nephew and son down there she's sent some pics through. I have no idea who comes up with this plan. Seems chaotic.
milo1111
Basically one long queue then people just broke through barriers to players. . . Maybe with permission of stewards I couldn’t see. Then just utter farce , essentially a bun fight with no organisation and no one trying to take control. 1

cidercity1987
I think you want to be looking at the behaviour of fellow fans, not the lack of stewards at a free event

BS3 Ark at Ee
Meet the players was carnage, no organisation or barriers to snake the queues. As for the club shop!.... Mix and match Tat, random stuff all over the place.....it’s like TK Max down Broadmead.

Simon79
Well, been here since 13.40 & haven’t seen a single player! Seems like ques are mixing, no barriers to direct the flow. Think the players are in multiple parts of the concourse? Who comes up with these ideas? Great afternoon out for the kids. COYR

Street red
Trouble is this was a disaster from the start because 1 it was open to 15k of season ticket holders out of term time(summer hols) and the amount of time you had to see players and get signatures in 1.5 hours just unrealistic. bcfc01
One other thing about today was the parking. I parked in the City car park and registered my car for two hours parking for free using the registration tablet in the coffee shop. There were big queues for the payment machines outside the coffee shop. You don't need to pay to park there and it takes about 30 seconds to register the car in the coffee shop - why isn't/wasn't that advertised ? Or is that just for the coffee shop ? Just seems a bit strange.

Surely you should never under estimate especially the rise in kids season ticket sales and it's free,If you have 15k season ticket holders then plan for that yes maybe over the top because people at work etc but have the event from 1 to 5 then you won't have a rush of people trying to get in within the hour and a half time slot. Under estimated the enthusiasm for the season it seems.

Corsham Alf
Well that was an utter farce. How did the club honestly think they could accommodate our loyal fans in an hour and a half ? There were stewards present but they needed to ensure fans only went to one group of players, instead of meeting all of them! My pal and I left at 2:20 as the queue was still going to take at least another half hour. Commercially we are a bit of a mess - our merchandise including shirts in the shop is really poor quality. As for the travesty of a logo (is it a Robin or a Hawke?) on the reverse don’t get me started. John Lansdown what are you up to ? 4
