Agree it wasn’t meant how it sounds was t disrespecting him at all , I meant that I know what some Millwall fans are like going there many times over the years , all the respect , love shown at the start would have been forgotten ( by a Certain element of Millwall supporters) the minute we scored and the emotions would be to have a go at our supporters . I didn’t word it well initially ( my bad ) 8 Quote Link to comment

If he meant that whilst at the same time managing to hide it from Keefy Stroud then fair play to the lad. Good spot that, watched the winner a couple of times now, assumed it was just a coming together at first. 1 Quote Link to comment

cotswoldred2
You see now Bas Savage that football is played on grass, not a games machine. Have to say the moaning about City not pressing , away at the Den too is very naive, they handled most of the game with the ball in front of them, and got a brilliant win. A very professional away win. 8 Quote Link to comment
Midlands Robin
Only caught the second half but City looked really good on the ball, passing and moving well. We may haae lacked a little quality in the box but Milwall looked like they were defending in depth. Matty James took that goal brilliantly to bring home the points. I wasn't expecting us to get too much from the Den so to come away with a win is brilliant. Watching the lads at the final whistle definately shows there is a real team spirit there. Plenty to build on and move forward with now. COYR. 5 Quote Link to comment

Ska Junkie
Blinding finish from James to win a game we deserved to win at a very tough place. Well played boys, well played! Knight my motm, closely followed by Dickie. 1 Quote Link to comment
LondonBristolian
I felt that was a superbly executed game, tactically. The players knew their roles and made a very decent team look very ineffective. 2 Quote Link to comment

Need to ship him out with Yeboah (hasn’t taken his many chances) and James (legs have gone). TBH not many I’d keep as looking quite a lot like a team and that can’t be a good thing? 2 Quote Link to comment

Lanterne Rouge
As always, had we beaten PNE last week, thumped Oxford in the cup and then drawn at the Den we`d all be saying what a good start to the season............................................................. 4 1 Quote Link to comment
