ChippenhamRed
You beat me to it. Was about to share. That’s an exceptional article that shows a rare in-depth and nuanced understanding of our club from a national media outlet.

Northern Red
Great stuff, as good as anything I've read on the club in a long time.
cidercity1987
Bristol City have always been well represented with supporters in the media We need these people to come to the fore and continue sticking it on Lansdown
CodeRed
Certainly well written and on point "Pearson's tenure becomes the latest chapter in a confusing saga of a club perpetually searching for its identity. They have sought out rough diamonds. They have been the big spenders. They have utilised the academy. What now?" A club perpetually searching for its identity spot on
fisherrich
Now that is a well written, honest article declaring the bare facts about how the Lansdownes have completely screwed up this football club. Thanks for posting.

The Nest Egg
I was wondering how this was so knowledgeable and then realised ot was written by one of our own! The cosy club are going to absolutely hate it...
Gert Mare
Superb article. A club struggling to find its identity. Seems to be more about power struggles than a shared vision of success. The eyes of the world are now watching. The view of the Lansdown’s in the wider football community have changed and not in a positive way. Popular Post Ron W
Thanks very much for the feedback guys, I was up pretty late on it last night after work asked me to put something together so it's very much appreciated. I think we can all read between the lines of what's happened over the last few months - I really didn't want it to turn into a boardroom bashing but it's difficult to understand how we get from the start, sacking Nige, to the end game of getting in the play-offs without wider soul searching. Let's hope that happens. Edited October 30, 2023 by Ron W 78 17 28
KegCity
Long may this terrible PR for the club continue. About time people outside of Bristol saw the terrible decision making at the club.

I am not sure anyone could have explained it better. Bravo.
