I’m at 80% sure I’ll renew but will leave it until the last possible day just in case things take a turn for the worse.
Im not sure what that might be, Liam calling us a bunch of *******, something like that maybe.

Dickie is a far better CB than Flint, far better. Flint was/is an unsophisticated 1970’s ‘head it and kick it’ merchant. Dickie has far more to his game - that said he’s no Webster.
I was only saying his record of scoring with his head was as good as Flints but yes, as much as I loved Flint in that promotion season, overall I prefer Dickie.

Dickie is a brilliant threat with his head in the opposition box, as good as Flint, maybe even Mick Harford……..or maybe not but still very good.

Found myself looking for excuses not to go.
Weather? Looks dry and mild.
Roads? Looks all clear.
Mothers day? Sadly no longer with us.
Thats it then, off I go again. This time we’ll all be rewarded with a fine win against the Welsh……….or maybe a draw.

It’s actually very hard to know what he’s personally influenced at City. I know from personal experience it’s very easy to claim credit when things fall in your lap!
Well that’s true. I’m not close enough to the club or know anyone in the club to be sure.
We were dreadful for decades at bringing youngsters through, then all of a sudden we were one of the best. I don’t really know who does and doesn’t deserve credit for that.

I half expected him to say “everyone was delighted when I scored the winner against Liverpool, why are they moaning now?”
Lets be honest, he’s done a lot of good things in his long time at Bristol City, personally I’d hate for him to leave as a villain.
Maybe this is all Jon’s fault again, I don’t know, I just wish we could re set back to when we were all, except maybe Jon and a few others, pulling in the same direction.

Watched both LM and BT interviews, how much longer are both going to be living off the Southampton game?
Is that all we can look forward to now, a few decent performance's against good sides in amongst dreary dross the rest of the season?

The one positive thing I can see strangely is our dreadful run of four defeats and the general bad showing in the form leagues.
But despite the bad run, which all mid table teams have and eventually come to an end, somehow we’ve still got ELEVEN teams below us. It would be very unusual for us to carry on that form for another 10 games.
To go through that form and remain that high up the league is enough to quell my fears.

I’d be worried if it was just Wednesday and QPR between us and Rotherham but there’s 7 other teams too. They've all got to continue to pick up more points than us as well.
I think we’ll be a 3-5 points above the drop, which I don’t think will be more than 50.

Amongst all the moans, something I find I’m doing more the older I get, I do also like to offer praise where it’s due.
And I must say on the occasions I’ve had to buy tickets this season, away games and cup games, the online service has been excellent. Literally a couple of minutes and all done each time.

Next season’s season ticket details will be announced soon.
The club certainly won’t want to be doing that on the back of 5 straight defeats.
I’m predicting we’ll end our run of defeats with a 1-1 draw

Agree, a lovely lady to chat to but you do feel you’re in the presence of royalty while doing so.

Unfortunately not, only been to Leicester away this season. Multitude of reasons why only 1 away trip, but to be honest, if I can't go and it means that those fans that have travelled all over the land this season can go, then it is what it is.
Still may take my lad down to Plymouth for the day for a walk around the place, visit some museums or something
I find there’s always a handful, sometimes more, of tickets going spare on the day of the game.
I've travelled some long distances, occasionally from abroad, without a ticket to sold out matches and have always got in to the game.
keep an eye on here and social media, usually most become available in the 48 hours before the game. Not many are buying today and suddenly realising they can’t go. Good luck.

I’m not a fan of this name calling and rudeness towards Jon and Brian.
It never makes for a balanced argument and kind of dilutes the sensible, well written arguments against their handling of things.

I stupidly purchased train tickets for me and my Son before the QPR game kicked off as they were selling out, without even thinking that I may not be able to get a ticket for the game (stupid I know!). (And also non-refundable much to the wife's amazement and disappointment!)
Is there anyone that has an adult and child (U12) ticket going spare? (Or 2 adults will do!)
I'm STH holder but only managed to get to 1 away match (Leicester), so way down the pecking order!
Help!
If you’ve been to 3 or more away games, log on at 10 tomorrow and you should be in luck.

I wonder what the Ipswich fans thought of Manning’s MK Dons team that lost 3-0 at Portman rd a few months before he was sacked?

All “behaviours” we lack.
For me, it’s not about the quality of our players, because Ipswich have just showed us that mentality is what makes a promotion side.
There is something wrong with the mentality of our club as a whole. Bristol City feels like a “nice” club to come and work. You will be treated well, nobody will deride you for not performing. The club mentality is a reflection from the staff we have at the top of the club.
We don’t buy players who have the mental strength we need. There is nobody to lead, to take a game by the scruff of the neck, to put that game changing tackle in and grab their own teammate and scream in their face when they misplace a 6 yard pass.
This is not meant to be a reflection on the Ipswich match, if I’m honest I watched the match and thought good attempt city, but I was jealous of Ipswich’s passion.
Bar the occasional promotion from the third tier, this just about sums up the last 40 years

There's something to build on for Sunday there.
Immensely frustrating, and suspect defensively in the 2nd half. But solid in the first half and created chances in the 2nd.
Need to find a way to combine the positives from both
There was something to build on after Southampton.
Sadly all we did is demolish what we’d already built

What a frustrating club we are, glimpses of great football against some good sides but ultimately let down time and time again

Expected this late onslaught but at least two of the goals were very soft
