I'd like to see an in-line view of it rather than from an angle behind the actual play. Was the linesman in line with play or just behind it ? NP was going nuts at the linesman for not keeping up with play and yet still giving off side. I don't care how many TV replays there are from behind the play - that gives a distorted view. I just feel that NP is probably correct, wrongly disallowed. Don't get me started on the Wells penalty decision..

What is difficult to understand is that there has been a drainage problem at that dump for years - so why not fix it ? There may have been "informal" talks with his agent re personal terms with interested clubs. But AS knows he can expect £30k per week minimum anyway (more likely to be around 40k-50k imo). I wouldn't expect City to accept 10m, they are holding the cards at this time and some clubs will become desperate to get players in towards the end of the window so I can see City holding out. Bournemouth have shown their hand early with two bids apparently, maybe they are getting a bit desperate already ? Whatever, he's likely to be gone this window.

Only seen him in the U21s, but I would say he is a Korey Smith type, maybe better in a technical sense. Others may have a different opinion of him of course.

Or we are finally starting to see NP selecting the best players in their best positions in a system which suits them. Hopefully, we've seen the last of King at centre back, or Weimann and Scott wasted at RWB, Naismith at MCB, and the back of 3-5-2 with round pegs in square holes. I'm not getting excited at all, it could change very quickly, but I really didn't expect a relegation scrap which we were heading for untill he changed it for the good.
