Nope. Vyners positioning was just plain awful.

Good point gained. Defended ok apart from Vyner giving them the freedom of the pitch. He's been playing well this season, but today he was brain dead. Yeah, Semenyo didn't help but Vyners positioning was awful. Great games from Max (MoM), Pring, and Conway and Klose had a good game. Watford up next in the league, it doesn't get any easier.

To be fair, coming on for a few minutes every now and then won't be of any help to him (or any other player). But it was a pointless substitution imo. Better team lost tonight, it happens.

I would say that them limited to paying 12k pw is not necessarily what the players get paid.

Reading deserve the win and we were lucky to keep it to 0-2 imo. They looked technically so much better than us, relatively easy game for them. They had 15 attempts on goal with 4 on target, we had 5 attempts with a big fat zero on target. Very disappointing to see such a difference from the WBA game, but not entirely unexpected.

Its inconceiveable that a bloke in his 60's could verbally abuse children like that, especially when they are standing alone waiting for their Dad. Well done to those who intervened and also well done for not lowering yourselves to his level and giving him a thump in front of the kids. At least the kids won't be seeing him again and they can see that if adults act in that way to them or any other kids, that there are consequences that will come into play, which is a small chink of light in this particular cloud. Hope they and @RedEd73keep attending.

With the players available, I'd be happy with that line up or King for Massengo. Semenyo back on the bench - should fire him up to come on after an hour and Conway has not done a lot wrong. He's been bullied in a couple of games but he's learning to cope with that. If Massengo is selected he needs to up his game.
