  1. Medical where though ? Bristol or Swasea ? Some new random poster on the Luton forum (I use that word loosely) posted that he was definitely coming here, medical today,
  2. Where have these transfer fee figures emanated from (there are different ones out there) ? Bournemouth ? Certainly not from City as NP said the club will reveal the financial details in due course. Or is it just a couple of tweets which people, including the media, have latched onto ? Going into Robbored territory now - I'll believe the fee when I see it from a credible source, either City or AFCB.
  3. I meant that SL appointing an internal applicant is a logical thought process, not the appointment itself.
  4. Crystal Palace potential hijack Bristol Live understands Crystal Palace have attempted a late hijack on Bournemouth's deal to sign Semenyo but they have had little success. Perhaps a factor is that it's too little, too late after City gave them ample opportunity to make their move this morning following Bournemouth's third and final offer.
  5. https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/bristol-city-transfers-live-semenyo-8075328 Bornmuff medical this afternoon..allegedly.
  6. He's 27 so I'd imagine he's for the here and now.. It looked to me that one on one he's very good, bit Basso like with a couple of old school saves. He looks to be rapid in coming off his line to close down attackers. Very difficult to judge based on a couple of minutes show reel, but he's obviously a very competent keeper given his background.
  7. Absolutely brilliant move for him. Best of luck Bents.
  8. Best of luck with that. Try SLO@bcfc.co.uk Or the SLO sub forum.
  9. Recent European experience. https://www.transfermarkt.com/nikita-haikin/leistungsdaten/spieler/255440/plus/0?saison=2022 Bit of a nomadic career.
  10. Finished top of the group with Everton next in the knockout stage.
  11. Nowhere near the sophistication of Mrs. Browns Boys.
  12. A Welsh bloke carrying a giant daffodil ( or was it a leek) not funny ? Whats wrong with you ?
  13. I hope he does well too, but he's been a bit raw for a long time now. The last time I saw him was for the U21's after he'd returned from loan and he was woeful. It looked like his timing was way out as he couldn't get the ball under control at all - still scored though. If it all clicks for him he could go a long way, especially with his pace, Best of luck to him.
  14. That just about sums it up. I like his honesty and couldn't give a toss about his rudeness.
  15. All very petty in-fighting. Reminds me of "you have no authority here Jackie Weaver"
  16. Conway strike me as the type of personality that will come back strong ala Weimann, rather than let it determine his future. I've seen a few who have had bad injuries and quit the game and others like Ribeiro who couldn't get over it. Conway will come back strong imo.
  17. I think it may have been the early signs of the condition he now has rather than studs in boots.
  18. Nigel Pearson on the Dolman Stand controversy Here's what he said following the controversy last week regarding the supporters in the Dolman Stand: "My understanding and knowledge of that subject doesn't have a great deal of depth to it. I am aware there has been talk about it but all I can say is I think the atmosphere today (Saturday) was very positive. "I think the crowd got behind the team very well and have done of late so I don't know the ins and outs of that as a discussion but I will try and update myself on that and try and inform myself a little more and the next time we speak, I will probably have a bit more of an understanding."
  19. At least the Deluded Sag has ensured this thread is thriving and being kept on page one
  20. Good movement by Dack, he checked his run to the near post which left an easy pass to him. Vyner was caught between a rock and a hard place, either cover the cross across goal/shot at the near post, or stay with Dack. Good play all round from Blackburn, poor tracking by us.
