  1. The City is theirs They'd be lucky if they could class Horfield as theirs...
  2. Sod the shopping, what about the car seat!? The wife can strap herself down against the rear wing.....
  3. And before anybody says "should have stuck with Johnson at least Sunderland are winning convincingly", we've been due a thumping for about 18 months. Hopefully this one is Holdens last hurrah.
  4. They'll just employ some no mark that barely anybody has ever heard of, who's only previous promotion was on Football Manager.
  5. Oh. Was doing so well. To be fair what do they expect with the crap they have there.
  6. "His shoes are shit" That's the one that sent me over the edge
  7. Better facilities to be fair though..
  8. You would have thought so wouldn't you
  9. Of course it's all fallen through, was never anything but hot air and bullshit. They aren't ever going to get a new ground, and will never refurbish that piece of crap they currently call home. Wally and the Gas are made for each other- serial blaggers that expect everything to be handed to them for next to nothing.
  10. Hardly worth shouting about that!!
  11. Character? Is that how they're referring to it now? The only sort of character you could link that dump to is Oscar from Sesame Street. A close second would be Mickey Mouse!
  12. We all know how they like to over elaborate, bend the truth and rewrite history, but they're never going to get away from that one tiny insignificant detail - Colin Daniels scored against them, in their own away kit, which relegated them from the football league. Bristol Rovers and have all but been immovable constants in the English Football League. Oh the gift....
  13. Oh absolutely, and with things like this, even the firecest of enemies would usually come together and wish said party well (bar a complete moron). I was just adding to the bit you put about some saying they would like him there. Apologies if it come across the wrong way
  14. Don't think he would ever go there, and it's nothing to do with being ex City etc. The main reason I don't think it would ever happen is because Cotts tells it how it is, and won't take any waffle from above - remember him not filling a bench with youngsters when we were short of first teamers, just to make a point? Ultimately it probably led to his downfall, as he was then replaced with Lee "Yes Sir Steve" Johnson. With some of the flannel that comes out of Wally's mouth, can you imagine Cotts sticking that? Shame for the Saggies, as he would probably transform them into a decent top half team, if not better. Won a league and Cup double with us, playing some of the best football in our recent history. If any of them said that they would hate him there, it would be the classic case of "cut your nose off to spite your face". Whilst on the subject, get well soon Cotts
  15. Well if the 300 locked out were stood by that gate, it looks like they doubled it, then multiplied (that's times, or the X on your calculator Saggies) by 10. There's 15 at a push there
  16. Quarters you say? Probably because it will get Quarter way through development (is ambitious to be fair) before they run out of the family silver. If that gets finished within the next 5 years I'll eat my (a) hat.
  17. Someone should probably tell him to keep them on in the supporters lounge as well, what with all the boob cricket that gets shown during the games.... *shudder*
  18. Should have done the lottery that weekend. Still can't believe that he isn't dead after that!! How he has managed to come away with only those physical wounds/scars, is nothing short of miraculous. It's been said before, but the modern safety features have proved their worth. He could easily have been killed outright if it wasn't for that halo So glad he's come out the other side.
  19. Cables everywhere, and not to mention the £3 extension lead from B & Q. Electrical installation done by Stevie Wonder by the looks of it. Is your mate OK? Does he need a tetanus?
  20. The dominoes are starting to fall, it's only a matter of time before a break is called to the season.
  21. Fingers crossed for everything @BigTone ?
  22. And just when we thought they hadn't done anything that stupid recently - BANG - back in the game!!
  23. Steve Philips? Funny how an ex player of ours can be given legend status for them. I mean yeah he was OK for the level he played at, but legend?
