Depends which way you look at it. If I were to say to you that a non-league club who is struggling financially and has a poor Infastructure, has managed to get themselves a few promotions in the last 5 years and are now plying their trade in League 1, then you would say that they have been a relatively successful club wouldn't you? NLBR - Non League Bristol Rovers. Punching above their weight since 2016.

Can't say that I ever check for Rovers' results, unless of course I hear that they're losing by 4 or 5. Or that they're playing against a team wearing the Rovers away kit and could get relegated to the conference..... Other than that I really couldn't give a monkies.
