I work in a school as a Site Manager, and know roughly how much something that would cost. They haven't got the money for something like that!!

Wow. There are still some that really think that SL and co are actually afraid of them doing well and "catching up" to us. They are light years behind us, off the field, on the field, "stadium" wise, budget wise...need I go on? It would be great for Bristol to have two clubs in the Premiership, but its never going to happen. The best they can hope for is a push at the League 1 playoffs, and then it would only be by a fluke because it won't be by paying the wages of decent players that can get you out of that league the right way - because they will never pay it (probably more likely would never be able to afford it!!). Their level, whether they like it or not, is L2, L1 at best. The board are full of shit, most of the fans are full of shit, the squad is shit, and the stadium is a nationwide laughing stock. Worried? I'm more concerned that Forest Green will be up challenging us long before the sags ever will. Oh by the way, is their TV ready yet?

He's just gone back to the Prem with Burnley. That's not even taking the wages etc into consideration. They are deluded, and to be honest they do think they are better than most in that league, and would probably think he would see it as a step up. Unrealistic signings, aren't just limited to the blue few though...

As a contrast people seriously thought we had a chance of signing Peter Crouch to be fair....

Losing a player through injury is one thing, but losing him because he's dead is completely uncomparable. For the record I think that an extension for one team would never work, unless you're talking a disaster on the scale of Munich or the one from a few years ago (Brazillian team?).

Surely they would have been spotted by now with the amount of planes that would have been out searching though? You really hope that this is the case, but part of me thinks that things like that are being said more in hope than anything else.

Well going by that message, and the previous comments about making numerous attempts to take off, I'd say that somebody didn't check that one. If, of course, this is all true. Realistically, this is now going to go one of two ways - bodies are found, or no bodies are found, and the people on board are presumed dead. Tragic, and what makes it even worse, is that the more you hear, the more it looks like the plane should never have been in the air in the first place.

Absolutely. I know nothing about flying planes, and wouldnt even start to make suggestions other than after 1 failed takeoff, a 2nd shouldn't have taken place, let alone 3 or 4!! Hopefully this has a positive ending, but it really doesnt look likely does it.
