Makes it more frustrating that we could have gained three huge points against a strong team if they weren't helped by the referee. I bet that in similar conditions (Blades playing not at their best) other teams won't have to face that "handicap" and they'll get precious points.

You're wrong: we lost some games mainly because of the refs, and saying it doesn't make a supporter less objective. 

Blades did almost nothing and had one player saved from a red, one goal saved by a foul/offside and one penalty claim ignored (soft or not it remains a crucial call). Playing badly and making mistakes can still make you win if the key decisions go against the other team; the way you play doesn't justify unbalanced refereeings.

If we had scored in the first half and then be punished by two joke penalties for them (realistic possibility), would it be still City's fault?

Gift us a joke penalty in the first 10 minutes against Birmingham, Reading etc. and then let's see what happens in those matches...

You could be a rock in defence and still be punished with a joke penalty, being more clinical but seeing a goal ruled out for an offside that doesn't exist, etc  Team and manager have to try their best to beat their opponents, but can't control refereeings...and too many supporters forget this simple thing.

Why they should be scared?!?

Because the Refs Association doesn't want us to be awarded correct favourable decisions and would punish them if they gave us what we deserve?

Does the EFL want a Championship with more big fishes, and Bristol City is not considered enough "glamour" to stay in the division? Are some clubs making pression in that way, indirectly involving referees?

Is there a match-fixing/illegal betting system that involves a number of referees so not giving penalty, reds etc. to specific teams makes them gain money?

I don't have the answer, but at this point we can't continue to ignore that something really suspect is happening behind the scenes. Surely the club shouldn't, if respect and equality (and more points on the table when deserved) are wanted.

We are all aware of our squad's weaknesses and some errors made by the club, but it's a fact that  refereeings have played a ( part in our bad results in recent seasons.

Seems not to be on the highlights. Which is odd, approaching 10 mins those highlights..

Not the first time it happens: the club shoul pay more attention on the channel's work, because the numerous refs decisions that go against us could be used as a proof to be showed to EFL/Refs Associations.

Bastards referees helping our opponents so often to be suspectful. Surely it doesn't help our task of avoiding relegation...

They are strong, we have many defenders out, so I'd take a draw tonight. COYR!

A bit unlucky today: overall we deserved more IMO.

Shame, because our first half's performance was really good, and despite not finding the second goal, we coped well with Swansea's increased attacking possession in the second half: one deflected strike, and it's 1-1.  Some free kick calls by the referee (gifted or not given) didn't help either.

Two points dropped but a good performance: pressing worked until the energies dropped, the emergency defensive trio did well, the ConWells partnership produced another goal (Tommy my MOTM), James was class, etc. 

Hopefully we'll be more clinical and lucky in other games...

Better attacking play after the subs, but still a bad performance. 

Inconsistency again. It will be a long season... 

Not much in this first half: we lacked ideas going forward whereas Reading attacked better, defence was OK overall. I'd change Wells with Martin or Conway, depending on attacking tactics.

FINALLY a win at The Hawthorns! 

Hard second half, with all that defensive work...but the lads did a good job, and despite all WBA's pression, I guess the result is fair.

Many positives today, including cohesion and the good responses from some players (ex: Dasilva and O'Leary).

Great first half: tidy defence, good passing, more threatening in attack...and two-goals lead. More of the same in the second half, lads!

Glad to have James back and Klose available, but also to see Weimann getting some rest, whereas I would have changed the goalkeeper (confirmed to not destroy his confidence?)

That being said...I'm very pessimistic about tonight. COYR!

So frustrating. 

Second best for much of the game (not helped but referee's ineptness) but somehow we equalized, had the momentum...and a nonsense move from O'Leary ruined all. Masochism.

I would have taken a draw, but this loss is really bad. Shame.

Too many mistakes in our attacking play, too many free kicks conceded in dangerous areas. The front three is not working as it should and we are struggling against their physicality so the first sub to do is surely getting Martin on the pitch for Semenyo or Conway. Other changes I'd make are Sykes in the Weimann role with Tanner on the right (not the first time I suggest it, but Nigel doesn't listen  ) and Pring for Dasilva.

Great football night for me: Inter almost won at Camp Nou, and three points for the mighty Robins.   

From what I saw, in the first half we showed good attitude, more ball possession and clever defending but our decision making/accuracy in attacking areas was awful...whereas in the second half we were better in attack, especially after the first goal, and Preston's goal was quite lucky.

Good to see some changes in the starting XI and a positive impact by some players (Klose in particular).

Birmingham confirms to be a horrible place for us. 

In the second half, better passing and some nice actions here and there (helped by the subs), more energy...but still no real threat, whereas Birmingham had a lot of chances (the opposiye of the  first half, when they created almost nothing apart the goals). Hugely disappointing.

Not happy with some of Nigel choices too: yes, he had to cope with injuries + Williams unavailability, but insisting with King back was an error IMO, like not changing the attacking three from the start..and using the inexperienced Kadji was also a strange choice.

I hope that this match will convince him to change his plan: in this moment we don't have the speed, the quality and the amouj of players to continue to play like we have done in the first quarter of the season, so we need something different (ex: reverting to Martin in the starting XI to simplify our attacking moves and gain physical presence in both areas, giving Weimann a rest and play Sykes or Scott in his role, play available defenders in the back three or try a back four, etc.).

Tougher games on the horizon, and in this moment I feel a little worried: I thought that even with a short squad we had enough strenght to avoid relegation quite comfortably and maybe try to finish midtable, but I didn't expect such a rapid involution. Maybe it's just today',s disappointment...

Worst game of the season so far, against an average side: no pace, awful passing, no attacking threats, and the defending for the second goal was really weak.

In the two previous games I thought the main problem was a lack of quality in attacking play and a form drop by the strikers...but today almost all the team seems lost. Some players are not available, but I expected more 

Getting something from this match will be hard, but I'd try some changes at HT to shake up things: Sykes in the Weimann role, Tanner as RB, King back in midfield with the inclusion of a defender, maybe Martin too to be more physical.

Having only one young midfielder on the bench is a worry (even if King could move there at some point): I'd have used Pring or Tanner (if Klose is not 100%) in the back three in place of King.

Given injuries and form, I'd not be disappointed with a draw. COYR!

In the 2nd half we attacked more than them but they were more dangerous. 

Not a great result but a fair one. Positives: clean sheet and a point in the bag.

Negatives: steps backwards in our attacking play and Kal's injury.

Doing zapping between Ashton Gate's and San Siro's games: for now, the second one is the most entertaining. 

Anyway, from what I've watched...even first half, with few chances and the usual penalty not given to us: better defending too, but I was surprised to see Williams replacing Naismith (fingers crossed for the injury) instead of Pring with a switch in the defendive setup.

We need to attack better if we want to win. COYR!

Too much confusion after our goal. Shame, because QPR didn't create/press much but we wasted many promising actions: most of the subs were quite ineffective too (Semenyo for the goal, some good passes/moves by Wilson, not much by the others).
