  1. Yeah I know what you mean, like in football when we miss a sitter but then score a couple minutes later, that wouldn’t have been 2 goals. But as Nasser Hussein will tell you after watching Graeme Smith get a double century after dropping him for not many, we can guess what Steve Smith may have done but we know for sure exactly what Head has scored that he wouldn’t have if Bairstow had caught him. Hopefully not many…..
  2. England need fielding practice from Somerset who have been superb this year.
  3. Oh yeah so would I but that’s not how it works. Head was dropped and is still there batting………hopefully for not much longer
  4. Depends what Head goes on to get
  5. We’ll never know for sure what difference Foakes would have had on the results but it’s something that clearly needs looking at now.
  6. Great morning, could have been better but we’ll take it
  7. Smith looks sure he’s not out But he is!
  8. Oh dear, it’s not been Bairstow’s series so far has it.
  9. I have been in and out a bit but I haven’t heard KP or Ponting yet. I know Mark Butcher has been called up.
  10. Ok I’m torn between using him sparingly to keep him fit or have him bowl every over from both ends. Just brilliant from Wood.
  11. Well he’s not slowed down like everyone else seems to have. 96mph!!
  12. Great to see Woody back. Probably the quickest bowler I’ve seen at Taunton in the last 10 years. Just hope he can hit the ground running and stay fit.
  13. Yeah all I could see was in Wallet settings there’s a Updates about your passes button, I’ve made sure that’s on.
  14. Oh right, I wasn’t concentrating when I read the FAQs, I thought we had to do it before every game. Ta.
  15. But we don’t know yet if you have to do that before you’ve added it to your wallet or if you’ve already added it it’s too late.
  16. Why does everything I’ve liked in sport for the last 50 years have to be taken away from me? Cricket is going through the same thing. A lot of lower league clubs have got through difficult times and staved off going bust by profiting from lucrative replays. Also following your team at FA cup away days is special, a break from the league which might not be going well. Midweek games will stop that for many
  17. That was easy but…..now it’s in my wallet does that mean I can’t transfer it? A message did come up before I added it to my wallet that said it can only be sent to one Gmail acc wallet. Just wonder in future if I couldn’t go at short notice maybe it’s best not to send to wallet until you’re sure I’m going.
  18. That’s unfair, it was a sibérien hamster!
  19. I know the colourblind amongst us aren’t keen on green but I like this new kit from Plymouth
  20. I must say this looks very easy and better than other clubs that have digital tickets, some of them I’ve seen are just bar codes that last the season, so for instance if you lent it to someone by screenshot they could use it all season if they got to the ground before you…….and didn’t like you for some reason. This is going to make it so much easier for me living in Devon to give my ticket to friends on occasions I can’t go. Or come to think of it, easier for everyone as you no longer have to meet up with the person to give your card and then again to collect it after.
  21. Is it just me or has Robinson slowed down this series? I’m sure he was quite rapid last year
  22. I can’t help but notice how happy Nahki Wells looks, not just these latest but all recent videos like this. He really looks like he’s loving life. When he arrived he could sometimes give the impression he didn’t want to be here.
  23. Yoy might be right, we'll never know but we certainly mustn't let this incident gloss over the many other wickets we gifted them.
  24. Do you know what, I’ve forgotten who it was! I think the one I’m thinking of was us bowling near the end but yes you’re right, it’s an old trick to distract the umpire from giving a wide……which clearly works sometimes.
  25. I don’t get the people saying the ball wasn’t dead, why wasn’t it? Carey had taken the ball from no shot played, Stokes and Bairstow had made it clear they weren’t running, when exactly is the ball dead? The umpires don’t indicate when a ball is dead after every ball. Maybe the rules need to be clearer, maybe a batter should tap his bat in the crease to indicate they’ve done running or something?
