  1. I make that 8 goals in 9 appearances for Tammy this season. 5 goals in his last 4 games.
  2. Still a bigger crowd than Bath and Exeter got this weekend? I agree it seems a bit on the low side but clearly there's some big crowds to come over the next few months. I'll probably try and get to the Exeter game this month.
  3. This is on BBC One tonight for those interested: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37322993
  4. I expect Kell to put up a decent display early on but I think he'll lose on points or may even get stopped in the 9th or after.
  5. Exactly, same as Emersons would be. We only got consent for AV in the green belt because of the WC bid. Not to mention the purchase of a new site on the fringes of Bristol (land which is all banked by national housebuilders) would cost millions... The point remains, they have an unbelievable offer on the table from UWE who are GIFTING them the land for nothing. They have a planning consent for a stadium that is more than big enough for their needs so what's the problem? The only conclusion I can come to is that they don't have the funds to complete UWE, so I'm sure as hell they don't have the funds to go off buying expensive land and submitting further speculative planning applications.
  6. Crikey, that forum must be a desolate place.
  7. Had a gander on SlagChat to see what the latest on UWE is. Apparently an announcement is still imminent (has been for around 4 months) and will probably confirm the new ground is going ahead. But there are some non-believers who think the stadium might not happen. But don't fear, apparently one ITK poster claims they've found (presumably purchased?) A site in Emerson Green where they'll be able to build a stadium capacity of, wait for it, 55k! Amazingly some sags seem to think there is a chance that may happen, instead of them building the stadium they actually have planning permission for. It really is like visiting a mental asylum over there.
  8. The locals look like Chernobyl survivors 'n all.
  9. 'Back' 6 has to be Matthews, Hordur, Flint, Goldbourne, Pack and O'Neil or we could be in trouble IMO.
  10. So, next April/May time we hit 6,000 days?!
  11. That'll be useful to wash out the sand from the home supporters' collective minge.
  12. He's also Jordan's FIFA delegate, so yes it could get even more dodgy!
  13. I can't recall a better performance by a British/Irish boxer away from home. Really want to make sure I see him live at some point, hopefully a fight in Belfast November time.
  14. Anyone know of a good stream for Frampton fight? Ringwalk 4am. Will listen on radio if not!
  15. They referred to the 'famous blue and white quarters'. Where does this myth come from that they're in any way famous ffs
  16. Frampton v Santa Cruz on box nation. Ffs
  17. Froch said in an interview two weeks ago that he didn't think Eubank fancied it.
  18. Jumping two weight divisions now is a bit daft. Plenty of other big fights at 147 surely. He'll get the same treatment Khan got from Alvarez I'd imagine.
  19. Porter is a horrible fighter to watch. All head, shoulders and elbows. Hopefully Thurman dispatchs of him. I won't be watching.
  20. One of those early leavers was Jack Leach's Dad who was sat by us! Thought he'd have known better after what happened last week...
  21. Didn't realise Groves v Murray was on the Joshua undercard in a few weeks. Could be a good fight that, and a difficult one to call. Eubank Jnr back in action too.
  22. Well, that was beautiful. What a win. Special mention to all the cocky Glos fans celebrating their 'win' from 35 overs onwards - what a bunch of ******* you looked at the end! All left very quietly... Up the 'Set.
  23. Sweating my tits off here. Gotta chase down 260 surely
