Absolutely. To let him go without an offer would be criminal in my book. It's obvious that Nige likes him. He will in all likelihood get a better offer elsewhere, and that in itself should tell you that we should at least be offering him something.

Haven't scrolled the thread, but I don't think we should employ any tactics to beat Man City because it is very, very ****ing unlikely. We should just go for it, enjoy it and try to play our own game. That will increase our chances of victory from 1% to about 8%. (figures in no way scientific)

Hopefully Benarous will be the replacement for Scott when fit. Amazes me how people have assumed that we will need to sign a replacement, when if his injury is properly managed, we may already have an equally exciting prospect ready to go.

Wasn't sorry to see Martin go, but put him in instead of Cornick in the first 30 mins of that second half and we win imo. Was delighted and relieved when Nahki replaced him.

Cornick for me. Not going to judge on his first full game, but tonight he was like Martin without the good stuff. Every time Max took a goal kick he was just strolling past Matty James in his own half. Needs to do better.
