  1. Sky TV busy revising their Chxmpionship games line up ...
  2. Er, I'm not really sure what you're getting het up about. Birmingham have just broken a contract. The repercussions will be no more or less than for any other club that chose to dispense with their manager's service, subject to contract. Any pay-off would form part of a legal agreement. They're not going to make his contract paid up unilaterally. The actual agreement can be anything both parties agree to, but realistically it won't involve more money than the outstanding contract is worth. And rather than a payoff, they might agree to continue to pay his salary/difference in salary if he finds another job until completion of the contract term. He'll only be taking legal action if they can't come to a reasonale compromise.
  3. Maybe we were in for him, but would you rather sign for Rangers or a newly promoted Championship team? Shockingly low transfer fee according to wikipeadia as well.
  4. Maybe Chelsea could send a letter of thanks and a shirt - we could present them to MA during the game. PS No real issues with the three signing except maybe Palmer, who it appears LJ flip-flopped on. But we seemed to pay well over the odds both in terms of transfer fees and wages, when I'm sure there were better alternatives had we'd had a better recruitment policy. MAs look at me aren't I great statement signings.
  5. We've probably been denied 10 this season aleady, so it'll probably be well into triple digits since 2015.
  6. From the TV there seemed to be forward options that we refused to take, but it's difficult to tell whether those options were always viable. Of course if we were playing out from the keeper we'd quite often chose the player being closed down by two attackers/midfielders, and he'd just manage to get the ball first and play in back or out wide. And the ball would oftyen end up being cleared long anyway.
  7. Two are. Dave Pottier is @headhunter, and Mark Tovey is @Curr Avon. Dave used to do the city radio reports for Radio West back in the 80s, and Mark has an occassional decent pun in him. Ian Gay doesn't post on here any more, but I think he goes by Bristol Boy on another City forum. Both Mark and Ian are regular contributors to the post match BBC Radio Bristol phone in. There are a few other posters who can be found on Ciry podcasts either as hosts or occassional guests. Ed. PS: Not forgetting @Never to the dark side who pops up on the Radio Bristol phone-in most (all?) away games.
  8. We are more assured from set pieces with max in goal. And the defenders/manager have said that. So he's obviously not a knightmare for the defenders to play in front of. Has he made errors. Yes of course. Could he have got to the second goal yesterday? Maybe. If he'd seen it early then he probably should have managed a step across before diving. But there's no need for a massive overreaction.
  9. He was certainly no worse than any of our other forward players today. But don't let that get in the way of your scapegoating.
  10. I was in Madrid (Windscribe) - worked fine.
  11. I image quite a few eill be on that. Hopefully someone will post some useful info. I suppose in the meantime you can do the standard things like clear cache, logon again.
  12. then. I think we're still entitled to a service we've paid for, although I do get the point that officially we don't have a leg to stand on. It's a bit like a grey imported video recorder breaking down.
  13. It's usually along the lines of 'If they want to play like that then fair play to them. There was only one team trying to play football today.' He's a nauseating individual at best. Bbc rb need to start calling some of his crap out.
  14. Hmm. Maybe it's on streamamgs known vpn server list. Try a different server? What vpn service are you using - someone using the same may be able to post a working country/server.
  15. I really struggle to understand why you bother to troll when you know anyone watching a Robinstv stream is paying for it.
  16. Make sure the vpn is set to one of the allowed territories - eg Belgium, Spain, Italy- see os for full list.
  17. You're right that's the opposite end of the spectrum to what we experienced on weds. Ed: what's the betting that he'll realise his mistake and overcompensate. Baggies to get the next pen
  18. It would be a good idea (not for he club obviously) to show the current entries. I'm not going to gamble for Andy Weimenn's match worn socks if the odds are 2000-1. I might if they're 10-1. Okay, I won't anyway, but you get the point.
  19. Wouldn't the preferred route just depend on whether you'd packed night vision goggles?
  20. Bloody hell @Bristol Oil Services, can you stop giving Steve Lansdown ideas.
  21. You might have to wifi up the dog house just in case we play like that again.
  22. One of them badges is well out of line. Bloody O'Neills. Just seem @Sir Colby-Tit beat me to it. How very apt.
  23. That's the finish that gets TC penciled in on a few more PL managers wish lists.
  24. Nige said on his RB post match interview that TC won't be starting on Saturday.
  25. Belgium, Germany, Spain should all be fine. Will need to plant a virtual tree for carbon neutrality.
