  1. I wasn't going to bother saying anything, but we'll never win an accessibility award. Design For Dummies on the fever pitch Christmas list?
  2. Thanks. Makes sense. I would have been at both as well though for the life of don't remember seeing two league games there. I do remember going up for a league Cup game after we'd lost the home leg 5-1. I was dedicated back then
  3. It was 5-0* and we were lucky to get that. When they scored their first a good proportion of the away enclosure were celebrating. (*I think. It was a long time ago. We didn't score though)
  4. They reckon the 2066 tourney will include some off world locations. Won't be around to see it, luckily.
  5. Me too, but It will be Madrid I think. Gotta at least try and make them accountable if their are any more issues.
  6. Stoke player rugby tackled off the ball in the penalty area. Ref sees nothing wrong with it. Thinks he's refereeing a Bristol city game.
  7. That useful, because it clearly lays the problem with whatever city/streamAMG do to the feed from the EFL digital hub. I'd be interested to hear from someone who works in the industry.
  8. I'm making most of it up Dave. Just like StreamAMG. Boom.
  9. They'll be setting alarm clocks in Botafogo, and arranging shift changes in Montenegro. In Spain they'll be heard saying 'it's bigger than el classico'.
  10. The robinstvsupport is provided by streamAMG. Possibly why the email that @W-S-M Seagull quoted got sent, when the club themselves acknowledged there was an issue. Don't get me wrong, streamAMG must also know there's an issue, but might be trying to pull a fast one, because they don't want more problems from the client (city). I assume Ron Walker commentates directly off the FL feed, before the commentary is added, rather than the rtv consumer feed. In which case it was clearly getting to city okay.
  11. What an absolute joke of a reply. I'd complain if I wasn't at the ground. A family member certainly had the issues described, and texted me just before half three to ask for help. The problem persisted til half time and they gave up, but tried again just in time to see Stoke's winner. I'm sure many people have complained so StreamAMG are jerking your chain. You could go back and say you are aware of lots of people with the same issue, so it was clearly their problem. I can watch on sky Wednesday, but if we can watch on rtv I'll make sure I do so I can report problems first hand. I'll even take a picture if they want.
  12. Yes, unless everyone suddenly agrees to become sustainable. In which case PPs would have to stop.
  13. That would most likely reveal itself over time, all things being equal. Which of course they aren't. From the interested bystander POV (I follow the womans team, but little knowledge of the WSL) I doubt City have budgeted enough to stay up. I expect @shahanshahan will have some real insight and perspective on this.
  14. People just want something in place to deal with or mitigate the problems and shortcomings. No one gets to the top by being second rate.
  15. But what could go wrong with this?
  16. They clearly never considered the system failing and pressumably don't have the infrastructure in place to handle cash through their POS system, which is mental. Iceberg? What iceberg? And re so called supporters acting like animals, identify and ban the worst of them if you can. Anyone threatening staff or trying to steal drinks should be kicked into touch.
  17. They've done that before - in fact I don't really remember the last time it was full size. I thought the screens were for the benefit of fans, but it turns out they'd rather earn a few quid per game than give the fans (especially older ones) a screen they can acually see properly. I can't see the adverts clearly either, so if you're paying for them, you're chucking your cash down the drain.
  18. I've changed my routine so I arrive at about 45min before ko so I can get in easily. I've got my NFC scanning mastered and have managed to gain entry in about 3 seconds the last two games. It doesn't take many people having issues for queues to build as more people arrive. Either people realise it might be in their interests to try to turn up a bit earlier (probably happening to a limited extent) or queues will persist. Next season I imagine it will be worse if fewer people opt for a season card (assuming it will be charged to them).
  19. Two quick goals in the second half and it's 3-1 to Leicester.
  20. Aimee Palmer just equalised. Great goal.
  21. The goals given them a bit of confidence.
  22. Yes. I heard it too, but I'm also watching on the faplayer! Massive deflection. Against the run of play. ed: 1-0 to City in case it isn't clear.
  23. This bloke doesn't have a standard season ticket does he - he's in the executive part of the ground. They're at least doubling the prices, but the cheap seats won't really be more expensive than POTD in the Lansdown Stand. And the prices seem much more reasonable than NFL or NBA. Miami Herald Story
