The first 5 or 6 games of a season tell you sweet FA about how well you'll do over a season. It seems reasonable to either do it in the close season or take stock at xmas. I'm more interested in succession planning if we are going to make a change. I don't want the obvious good work being undone (whilst conceeding that there are things we can always improve on.)

Well donw for your dedication @SydneyCity We've finally stopped rolling over when someone wants to tickle our tummy. Still way off where we want to be (as acknowledged by Nige), but everyone pulling in the right direction. Back to being a proper team - what's not to like about that.

Agreed. And it's no slight on OTC - he's learning the game and would ordinarily be still building up to making the matchday squad. There's no indication that coming in early has dented his confidence, so it's all free beer as far as I'm concerned. King and James might not be mobile, but they know how to treat the ball, and if you watch them, you see they look around to see what's going to be on before they receive the ball.

Nothing against Mehmeti, but if he gets in any list ahead of Tommy Conway then I'm not even going to consider it.
