I thought the three consecutive relegation seasons were terrible, as was some of the first season in the fourth division. Other relegation seasons were pretty dire if I think about it The Johnson season whilst Bobby Reid was playing like the EverReady bunny was partly great. But when Bobby ran out of puff, so did we. So it was ultimately disappointing. Toward the end of Johnsons reign I think him and Ashton had undermined the building of a successful team, and that football was pretty uninspiring.

I thought the Champions League final was on the protected events list. Turns out none of the European finals are according to this list. Maybe it's a UEFA condition?

Yep. I attend 100% home games (subject to illness) and 0% of away games. I have a sub to robinstv, and one to sky (which i may drop due to cost). I know that if a city game I don't attend is being televised I will watch it somehow. I'd rather give the money to city, but would resort to illegal streaming if that was the only remote option available. Last season I even signed up to livescorebet because I thought they were streaming the facup replay at swansea. (They claimed they were, but didn't ?)

It was sh1t last time I went there in the mid 90s, and it looks the same now. They've had planning permission for a while for a new stadium. Maybe they'll invest the bulk of their PL income in that rather than squander it on wages.
