  1. Distance selling regs apply don't they? They can send him back inside 14 days no questions asked but they'll need to pay the £25M postage.
  2. You're thinking too sensibly - that was how I rationalised it too.
  3. Ha. It triggers me a bit too . But it's definitely not as triggering as 'draw' when the poster means 'drawer'. Get me though, because for my first 45 years (at least), I thought 'remuneration' was 'renumeration'. In other words, I'm not best placed to point out spelling mistakes, or grammatical errors, as I barely get by myself
  4. It starts with the owner doesn't it. Look at Brighton & Brentford. The fact that the Brentford owner used to work for the Brighton owner says a lot about how good Tony Bloom is at what he does.
  5. A+B Don't miss a city game for this, unless it's going to be his debut and go in the non-Gas parts of the grounds where you can. Accept any comp tickets offered. Maybe catch some games on iFollow if you can't make matches
  6. It was only bournmouth. If we've got what we wanted I'd say we've done exceptionally well. I'll also add that we've also done exceptionally badly at the same time. Anyway, onwards and upwards.
  7. Maybe williams/King a bit too steady (slow) if we want to transition to attack quickly, but solid enough.
  8. If we were trying to get a loan replacement in, the price might be higher than it otherwise would. I suppose the main issue is that the club like to control the spin. 'Out for a few games ...'
  9. Yep. They've absolutely gutted their team. Can't afford AS, so forget speculating on this. Have a disinterested Chinese owner. If they stay up GON should be knighted.
  10. I remember listening to that on the tranny doing my homework back in the day.
  11. When I got double charged for a RTV video season pass last week, it took 2 days for them to put a refund through. I didn't get any prior acknowledgement, but they did email me to say that's what they'd done. Clearly, you haven't got what you paid for if you got TV commentary instead of Radio Bristol commentary, but I guess StreamAMG would need authorisation from the club before making refunds, so I'd assume it might take a couple of days longer. Maybe collectively try the SLO before referring to PayPal, as it would probably be quicker in the long run. Good luck with this anyway.
  12. And doubful we will as their lease is up in 2026 and Kassam is throwing them out and is going to demolish the stadium and build flats.
  13. So someone's dog is a cashier, and the protagonist has (or will) die (destroy) said till. Anger issues?
  14. I've just this minute finished watching HITC Sevens excellent video on Wolves From what Alfie says, I don't think they'll be stomping up the money for Scott whoever is in charge.
  15. I'm I right in thinking they were down to 10 men as well. Good Times ?
  16. I used to hate the Sunday morning rounders. They used to get paid nearly as much as me for my 6 day morning round. And I had by far the most magazines to deliver out of my shop (Dillons, North St, near the Hen & Chicken) on top for nothing extra. Not that I'm still bitter 40 years on.
  17. Dare I say COD is probably their MOM today?
  18. Mine too. It showed brum before that. Still got 5th August showing as the date. I honestly can't fathom how they've managed to do this. On the face of it I'd say programming error somewhere, especially if it's iterating through our opponents in game order. Maybe some counter is being incremented incorrectly when displaying the opposition. But given that it changes up and down, who knows.
  19. This is possibly the most significant post in 162 pages. Or not.
  20. https://www.diggersfactory.com/vinyl/244218/plastic-girl-in-closet-dawn-tone
  21. It could have still be a freebie, but if not I don't see why he shouldn't pay like the rest of us. Its not like he can't afford it.
  22. There was a similar patch on the dolman side just into the atyeo half.
  23. Maybe it's the sensitivity of the receivers in the readers that need adjusting. Or we've signed off on the low power version without realising the implications. (A bit like buying a DAB radio for £35, rather than a DAB+ for £40, and thinking you've got a right result.)
