  3. I would check your iCloud settings first to check that your wallet is stored in iCloud. And then back up everything on your phone to iCloud before you start the new phone process. This is the standard new iPhone process. If you have done that, I find that everything on my old phone automatically transfers to the new phone, including stuff in the wallet. So suspect the same will happen with the City season ticket. If there is a problem though the City FAQs say you will able to download your season ticket from your online account.

  8. Looks like some sort of reward card rather than season ticket. I’m expecting both forwarding of season tickets and downloads to be from the Bristol sport ticketing page where we can see our personal details, season tickets, tickets etc. You can see the various options. Need the promised guidance though!

Best if @bcfc01 comments on what the email to him said as it was his post that I was referring to: I have the exact same problem - got a plastic card but also got an email to say I can't use it as I downloaded the digital version on the advice of BCFC to test last Thursday. I knew it wouldn't work but went through the process just to prove it and now I have no means of entering the ground.

  11. The FAQs said that would be the way to do it - need the further guidance promised though: What happens if I lose or change my phone during the season? Supporters will be able to re-download their Digital Season Ticket to a new phone through their ticketing account. Full details on how to do this will follow in the coming weeks ahead of our opening fixture vs Preston North End (Sat, Aug 5th).

  14. When my Dad’s mobility deteriorated, I starting using the Just Park app to park on people’s drives really close to the ground. Not cheap but it meant he could keep going to matches right up until just before he passed away in Feb.

  18. I wouldn’t have expected both the physical card and digital ticket to work - it’s going to be one or the other. Otherwise two people could get into the ground - one using the card, and one using the ticket.
  19. Presumably they’ve changed or installed new sensors at the turnstiles to cope with digital tickets though so perhaps old season cards would not work.
  20. Sounds like your physical cards might still be in the post (there have been delays) so if you can’t use the digital tickets, I would suggest you contact City. If you have a smartphone though, you could download all 3 tickets onto your phone and scan the kids through on your phone.
  21. To save you pain on the day, I would suggest you speak to City before Saturday as only tickets in Google/Apple Wallet will scan you into the ground.

  24. See my post above re getting the discount, but it will be scan season ticket to get the price, scan credit card/apple pay etc to pay. So just the first step will be new (rather than showing season ticket and the server sorting the price)
