  1. Thanks for highlighting; I recorded and watched it as a result. Enjoyed it. Ryley is just unlucky not to make the squad apparently - not injured.
  2. Last night reinforces my dislike of VAR. I’m glad we don’t have it in the Championship. I’m not looking forward to it if and when we get to the Prem. It takes away the immediacy and spontaneity of celebrating a goal. Just imagine if we had had VAR last Saturday v Millwall? And to cap it all, the VAR refs make errors. Leave it to the ref on the pitch to get it right or wrong.
  3. Agree - I find it odd that different people are getting different things. (I went for the manual update route myself and it went straight from Preston on 5th to Birmingham on 19th. My wife’s did that automatically the day after the Preston match.)
  4. Not sure why you are quoting ‘3 days before the game’. We know a number of season tickets have updated already - some even did it on 6 Aug, the day after the Preston match. Plus the FAQs say this below so it was never fixed to only take place ‘3 days before the game’. My Digital Season Ticket is not showing the next home match. A Season Ticket holder’s Digital Season Ticket will update to show the next available fixture, at least two days before the next match. Please ensure you have automatic updates enabled in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Of course, you can also update it manually by turning auto updates off and on.

We’re not the only selling club after all ?
  6. We should have been in for that Harry whatshisname
  7. To be fair, I wouldn’t expect him to be running the day-to-day show at his age (71 this month) and with his millions. In fact, I would rather he left the day-to-day to PA, NP and BT.
  8. I didn’t get the message from SL’s interview that there would definitely be no more signings even though we have sold Scott. And in fact I got quite the opposite from NP’s interview on RB after the match - he said they have their player targets, but if they can’t get them he won’t be signing any for the sake of it - he doesn’t want to just collect players. If we sign for the sake of it now that would limit what we can do in Jan was the message. So he’d rather wait for the players he wants. All makes perfect sense.
  9. Presume ours is better then!
  10. Yep loads over the years. Starting with Gerry Gow for me. That said, the most I have ever been gutted was due to an injury rather than a sale - Paul Cheesley.
  11. I also look at it from the perspective that we did very well to bring Scott in in the first place. The club should take credit for that. Without that, we wouldn’t have had the pleasure of watching him.
  12. No. A player can have a swollen knee one week and be sold the next - they are not mutually exclusive.
  13. I got the sense that when he gave that interview last night, he didn’t know the terms of the Scott deal. Hopefully it does at least look around £25m in total or he will be cheesed off in my view.
  14. People have already turned to worrying about Pearson or whether he was lying!
  15. Thanks. Must admit I assumed everyone’s tickets would be updated automatically at the same time - clearly not the case though as some updated the day after the Preston match and some still haven’t updated today. (The manual way is available at any time of course so not really an issue).
  16. We’ve found our goal scoring midfielder - something that we’ve needed for a while.
  17. Yes I’m also not convinced it’s supposed to move to expired passes. It is a common issue with season tickets - looking at other club’s sites their Q&As cover this and how to move back to live wallet. They also say that the pass will still work at the turnstile even if sitting in expired so not a major problem - I would update it to the right match though. The comment on here that tickets will only update 3 days before the match is also not right. My wife’s ticket updated automatically to Birmingham last Sunday, the day after the Preston match. Her ticket did not go to expired. My ticket did go to expired last Sunday so I chose to move it back to live and update it to Birmingham manually. I have a feeling it might have expired because I opened it on Sunday to show it to my nephew to explain how it works, whereas my wife hadn’t touched hers - probably the best approach!
  18. @EstoniaTallinnRed Robins TV audio commentary is working for me (I’m on the app)
  19. I’m not convinced there will be Robins TV audio either as they are not offering a package for this match - only Millwall (I’ll try as I have an annual pass but may not be available)

Little missed a fair few with his shoulder injury late that season. Hence why Tavernier played quite a few matches towards the end of the season (including the 6-0 v Bradford)

Hope he comes back stronger. Nahki, your time is now. And I hope we don’t bother getting in a journeyman striker - just keep hold of Scott.
