  1. Audio working fine for me
  2. Rather unusually on here then: Not a job for Cotts.
  3. Don’t forget that Marshall is Bristol Sport CEO though: https://www.bristol-sport.co.uk/bristol-sport-group-confirms-new-board-roles-for-kelly-and-marshall/ As I say, it just looks to me that what is left that sits between Marshall and Tinnion isn’t big enough to warrant a Football CEO like Alexander.
  4. This. I said similar on Saturday. He’s always been a top player, but for me the big difference at present that he is fully fit and at his sharpest. Vital to us that we don’t lose him to injury at any point.
  5. Agree. He is the ultimate team player (listen to his interview too) - must be a Manager’s dream. Really pleased for him and I hope that it is the first of many this season. Ironically given the discussion re his WBA chance, I think the defender got a touch/partial block which helped it go in - about time Cornick had the rub of the green though.
  6. It seems to me (based on what Pearson said last night and the statement today) that the club has simply realised that they don’t need an expensive CEO in the building - that big role isn’t needed any more seeing how Tinnion’s role has developed. Why pay for a senior, big hitting CEO when one isn’t needed?
  7. I feel like he’s lost a bit of confidence since he started here. Often passes back. I’m sure he got forward more in his early days too.
  8. Shows the difference between an established Championship side - which for us isn’t to be sniffed at - and a League One promotion team. Remember us in first season up. As you say they don’t look bad going forward though.
  9. Seems the acoustics in the Atyeo are not as good as suggested by some ?
  10. Having just watched it back, I agree with your first point. If he’d hit it further left, I think the defender would have blocked it.
  11. I just hope that PA or one of his family members isn’t seriously ill, causing him to step down. Anything else is just business and we’ll find a replacement in due course so I can’t get too concerned about it. I also don’t read too much into his statement referencing NP and BT but not the Lansdowns: 1. It was a club statement so it was agreed with the club; 2. It was referring to the ‘team’ being in safe hands (it wasn’t about the board/ownership); and 3. I think the message was deliberate, ie reassurance that his departure won’t muck up on the pitch performance as NP and BT have that covered.
  12. Yep https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66827798
  13. Provided no knocks and they all recover well, I could see us starting with the same team as Saturday given the good first half performance (and the performance v Swansea). But I would expect to see substitutions far earlier than Saturday.
  14. James is running the show and looking the sharpest I have seen him here. Fingers crossed he can stay fit for the whole season. Very well. All over them. Deserved a goal. Hit the post.
  15. Just watched these myself. Good positive interviews. The more I see of Knight both on and off the pitch, the more I like him. Great signing.
  16. Yes I’m not saying it’s right - but i just feel that what has gone on before is now colouring the here and now. (So we can still blame Ashton!) I suspect Covid has had a bearing too, ie the financial hit that he had to cover; I recall some of his interviews at the time. I suspect that might also be making him more cautious now.
  17. March 2010. One of the best performances I’ve seen from an away player at AG. He scored two. (Billy Sharp also scored two.)
  18. He even tore us apart when he played against us when on loan at Doncaster. They won 5-2 at AG.
