  1. I’ve never had an issue paying by card until today with the new website.
  2. Nice to hear Cornick getting praise given previous comments on here that he isn’t good enough and should be jettisoned! Long may it continue.
  3. Yes others have said the only way they could pay was PayPal.
  4. Came across my first issue with the new website today. Not possible to pay for a Portsmouth match pass as the packages site on Robins TV doesn’t let you insert your payment card details. Was never an issue on the previous site. Saved myself a fiver but hope they sort this before a more important match!
  5. Decided City don’t want my £5 so will watch the cricket instead! Hope they sort the website soon though.
  6. Same here. Looks to me that the new robins tv website can’t cope with mobiles/iPads. Can’t input card payment details
  7. Well spotted. This explains this one then (that lots of people really love!) - the robin is transforming into a W!
  8. This made me chuckle - post match quote from LJ: ‘I don't want to give excuses because we just weren't good enough, but the altitude seemed a bit of a problem in terms of the lads getting a breath in.‘ Be surprised if they don’t turn it around in the second leg though.
  9. Perhaps since the meeting 1500 of the ‘no replies’ have now requested physical season tickets.
  10. Yes only for season tickets initially
  11. Yep - why I was countering the suggestion that there are only ‘risks’ with digital season tickets as some seem to be implying. Physical season tickets can also turn up late/be lost in the post etc.
  12. Although have they received their physical season cards yet?!
  13. I can see your point, @phantom Not sure what the answer is, though, as some people are clearly not reading what was sent out with the digital ticket (as a lot of the Qs on this forum are covered by the club’s FAQs which are clear), so I am dubious as to whether they would have read anything sent out earlier. Not convinced that a face to face meeting would have been logistically possible. A video demo and video Q&A may have helped though - although again some people wouldn’t have bothered to watch it. You are probably right though that earlier comms and more of them might have got through to more people/provided more reassurance/stopped knee-jerk reactions. Whereas I only needed to read the comms once when the digital ticket arrived, clearly by then others had already decided they wanted a physical card come what may so they didn’t even read the comms - they needed to be hit earlier.
  14. I missed the ‘fun’ on this earlier - no issues with my account but I only logged in this evening. I do wonder if it was dummy data though given everyone seems to have been seeing the same, ie the data they were using for testing that stayed live for longer than it should have. Wonder where the physical season tickets will be posted ?
  15. Hi @phantom - I’m referring to the email on 6 July when we were sent the ticket to download. I read all the info they provided because we needed to decide whether we needed a physical card. I thought that comm and the FAQs were good and off the back of that I concluded I didn’t need a physical card (I was particularly looking for the ‘can I forward a ticket’ Q&A as that was going to have a bearing on whether I needed a physical card as my daughter tends to use my wife’s ticket when my wife can’t attend - that was clearly answered with a ‘yes’ so digital was fine for me).
  16. These FAQs were linked in the email that we received. People not reading the email either then!
  17. It has seemed to me from posts on here though that people just haven’t bothered to read them as their Qs on this forum have already been answered in these FAQs (which were emailed to us as well of course).
  18. I found their FAQs very clear and easy to understand: https://www.bcfc.co.uk/tickets-memberships/season-tickets/digital-season-tickets-faqs/
  19. Yes my subscriptions are showing @Davefevs
  20. So it should be 9 in the next match then given how pre-season is going.
  21. Fitness mainly. First 90 mins for the players. Been impressed with the work rate of the team to be fair. Plus I think you can see that we are championship standard by the way we are playing v a league 2 side.
  22. I was thinking earlier that, in terms of depth of squad, this is the strongest I’ve seen in my lifetime of watching City (since mid 70s). Even in Div 1 in 1976-80, I don’t think we had this depth.
