On Wednesday we gave Preston their First away defeat of the season............Today we allowed Millwall their First away win of the season. We are a poorly managed under funded (Yes i am well aware of why) very ordinary Championship football team. We will probably continue to win a few, and lose a few throughout the season. We are such a frustrating team to watch, but we will hopefully finish around 12th to 15th in the league? We have a fantastic loyal support, which deserves so much better than what is served up to us. I can definitely see Semenyo and Scott leaving as soon as they are able, and who can blame them, when they are surrounded by inferior players, and are able to fulfill their ambitions, and earn big bucks? That i believe is our only hope in the future, that is to generate enough funds to avoid FFP, and invest in new players who are consistently talented enough and hard working enough to turn us into a team that we can be proud of ? My major worry is................I really do wonder if Pearson is the man to achieve this? Personally i do not think he is, but i guess at the moment we just have to grin and bear it? A billiomaire owner, a fantastic infastructure, a wonderful stadium, tremendously loyal supporters....................and currently 15th in the League? Makes yer sick dunnet?

I would not offer JD 'S another contract....and would let him drift off to DIV 1 where he belongs............I believe Chelsea are still chuckling as to how they got so much money for such a waste of space?

What has NP got against Pring? Dasilva is constantly inept at crossing and passing........and needs dropping, IMHO

If you don't appreciate Antoine Semenyo......who has only just come back from injury.........then i feel sorry for you?. Might i suggest you go and watch Bristol Bears, because you quite assuredly have no idea of how football should be played.....???

Congratulations in stating the "Bleedin Obvious"....you are only the 535th person to have noticed Bentleys shortcomings....No offence intended ?

Do not forget that he is coming back from long term injury, and has mostly been used as a SUB. Give him a few more games and he will then be truly firing.........Antoine is a Monster! Ha!

The eyes of the Championship will be on us tonight........as we are the only fixture. So will it be a case of, "Here we go , same old Bristol City, start the season well, and then go into self destruct mode" or "I see Bristol City have bounced back from their bad run of results, beating Preston is a really good win"...Ha! Just hope that they turn up and put on a committed brave performance, to show supporters that they do care ?, and make up for last Saturday's joke ? of a non-display in front of over 2,000 loyal fans? ?

I think Bentley's a very good shot stopper, but that's not enough..........we need a keeper who can command his area, come out and claim cross's, and be good with his feet. Now i know that is asking a lot. But hopefully Bajic could be an upgrade on Bentley, only time will tell? Whoever it is, IMHO we need to either replace Bentley, or at least give him a serious challenger?

It's now 6.20 on Tuesday evening.....has anyone seen or heard today's Pre Preston Press conference from NP and Sykes, if so, I would love to hear what they had to say? I guess an apology from the entire squad after Saturday's joke performance would be just too much to ask? Though i guess actions most definitely speak louder than empty promises.....so it is now all about tomorrow night's pefrormance?

When you read about poor Enock Mwepu having to retire from the game he loves, and having to give up the enjoyment and the financial security he experienced doing something he had worked so hard to achieve..........it makes you realise how privileged footballers are to have the opportunity to enjoy a job that thousands would do anything to experience? It then makes me even more angry and annoyed when you see some players not making the most of their talents and their chance to improve themselves, by not staying fit and committed to a wonderful career, and instead squandering the talents they have been gifted, by not working hard enough, and making the most of what talent they have been so fortunate to have? Good Luck to you Enock in your future. If it seems inappropriate then i apologise in advance, but it echoes with me even more, when i see 2,200 fans spend a fortune in commitment, travel and tickets, to then see certain individual footballers not being bothered to do their job? For I am certain Mr Mwepu would have given everything he had to be out on a football pitch once more?

As much as i hate to say it.(and sincerely hope it does not happen).......but.if Scott and Semenyo have any ambition they will probably leave this S**t show?

I have the same dilemma.........the game that i love and the players i love to watch, playing in a country that i despise? It boils down to FIFA selling it's soul, and allowing this farce to be tolerated? The constant ignoring of the obvious, and the ongoing sport washing which is being allowed, aligned to the pitiful attempts to address the glaring issues in Qatar is farcical. And so ......... after hundred's of foreign workers have died, been ripped off and exploited, and the LGBT community is fearful of even stepping into the country? What do we get? England wearing a badge on it's sleeve and Denmark sporting "TONED" down jersey's...........Wow, that'll show the bastard's? As for Mandy the witch, and her death squad..........if someone of that nature invested in my club, I would never watch another Bristol City game. Although I , to a degree understand the Geordies desperate need for success, I feel selling your souls to murderers and tyrants is a high price to pay to the God of Morality?

Bentley seems to me to be an excellent shot stopper, but is so, SO vulnerable on crosses? I admit that i am stating the bleedin' obvious, but it is such a definite weakness in his game, which is why Brentford got rid? Shot stopper 8/10 Commanding his area 5/10 Dealing with crosses 3/10.

Scott was the ONLY player he praised?

Having now seen his post match thoughts, he seemed dumbfounded, shocked and lost for words, pretty much like most fans? But what he did say was very honest, he must be so frustrated at some/most of our players. What was turning into a possible season of promise, needs to be quickly resuscitated, before it turns into a corpse? While i appreciate his hands have been tied financially, something should have been done about the standard of defending from the midfield to the back five in the last 18 months, so he is certainly not blameless?

Yep.........deja vu from last seasons game. Despite Pearson's pre game waffle, we were bullied to defeat, and looked sad and weak.

Too much empty rhetoric..........and not enough action? Our ticket prices keep going up.......while our performances plummet downwards. What a very sad state of affairs.........Ha!!

Sad and predictable.............I just feel sorry for our wonderful away support..........they deserve better than having to watch this nonsense ? One step forward, and then two backwards?
